We did not stay here, but we just went to look around and have a drink in the restaurant. We loved it! The place is so beautiful. And the drinks were amazing. Also, the staff is super kind. And there was a band playing; some of the best live music I heard in Mexico.

Visited the restaurant for lunch. The location is stunning. Beautiful building with gorgeous property and landscaping. The food was very good, including one of the best guacamole I have had in my two years in Mexico! Service was a bit slow as we were the only occupied table, but it was a nice relaxing lunch and the waitress was extremely pleasant.

By far the worst place we have ever experienced! And we've been to many countries and stayed at many places. We stayed 5 nights in Riviera Maya and decided to extend our trip and drive to Merida for a few days. We stayed at haciendas before but we decided to try Santa Cruz. We only booked this place for the Master Suite. We have 2 small children and the room was what we needed for our family. We reserved the room online through their website, only to drive all the way there for 4 hours to be told that the room is not available. First off, when we arrived there, there was nobody there to greet the guests. When the host finally showed up, he was very impressed that we were even there. After being told that the master suite is not available, we had no choice but settle for the rooms they had to offer because it was late and everything else around was sold out. When we got to our rooms, we realized that there were 2 separate rooms in one building, which meant that my husband and I had to split up and stay with one child in each room due to safety. One of the rooms had a strong cigarette smell and was very dirty. There were black stains on the bedding and hair in the sink in shower. There was no common area where the entire family could spend time together. If that wasn't enough, they had a wedding that night right outside our windows and the entire place was booming until 3am! We have nothing against wedding, but the hotel should have give us a courtesy call when we booked, to let us know that the night will be loud. Lastly, we booked an excursion the following day, and we asked the host to set us up with a driver for 9.30am which he said he did. In the morning I sent a message on whatsapp to front desk with no answer for 40 minutes. I called front desk and the girl there had no clue about the car. Eventually, they figured out that the transportation can't be there until 11am, after our excursion! At that point, we had to cancel the excursion, packed our suitcases and went to front desk and told them that we are out of there. We checked out after only one night, we got in Ubers and went to Chable. Awful, awful experience.

Avoid for the day pass. We went and the cenote only had about 1.5m of water in it, and by 6pm it still wasn't full enough. The other two pools were dirty.

We came to hang out for the day. Beautiful property, well maintained, great pools, friendly staff... everything was just a tad overpriced for what you get in my opinion.

This place is stunning, quiet and so inviting. The food was delicious and service great. I highly recommend visiting, maybe spend the day or afternoon as an alternative to the beach

Beautiful hacienda, food is disappointing though and quite pricey. We came without reservation and were told waiting time is 1.5 hours while they just had a few tables occupied (but ok- kitchen was probably understaffed) in the end, after insisting, we waited outside with a capuccino and got a table within the hour. Would still give some stars since staff is friendly and the hacienda is beautiful, but would not go back due to the quality of the food. Perhaps it was just the moment of the day since there was a wedding the day before and who knows the cook was tired.

Nice day trip close to Merida. We enjoyed day passes with a private room and a meal. Had a good experience, enjoyed the pools and the food. Not a bad price either.

We had our wedding here this last weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! The setting, the restaurant, the staff, the rooms, the spa. A big shout out to Guillermo, who was very present and reachable throughout the time we were there. They really had the grounds looking great leading up to the event, and they met our expectations in almost every way. I found the staff very trusting. All of our guests who stayed there were thrilled with the experience. I only wish we had more time there.

Great property with impeccable food and service. We were extremely happy from checkin to checkout. If we're back in Merida, we'll be happy to stay here again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED by the quality of the food we were served the place is beautiful I have been there many times before so was super excited to celebrate new year's there but wow what a disappointment with the food everything was bad from the starters that included supermarket crackers and cheap cheese to the main tastless cold dishes we were served and the portion sizes were super small we went home hungry and had to eat again add to that the quality of the food we were served vegetarian dishes that included eggplants and it was disgusting we couldn't even eat it and the other option for non vegetarian was meat served cold you could tell it was purchased from the supermarket nothing fancy about it simply purchased from the supermarket cut and served to us which I found very unappropriate for the price we paid for each person anyway the food was bad cold cheap small portions tasteless i have never eaten as bad as this night and that was new year's which was a total disappointment I wouldn't recommend celebrating anything there better you go somewhere else where you eat better especially for new year's 🥳

We came for an Artesian Event. They allowed us to park in the main parking area. There is a nice wheelchair ramp up to the main entrance, then a Step to maneuver. A gentleman popped out help get wheelchair past the step. The Artesian Event was nice, the vendors donated an item for a Raffle. When you made a purchase, you receive a Ticket for the Raffle.

Nice hotel in a beautiful hacienda, good restaurant and service. Unfortunately, pretty expensive for the amenities received: Roaches came out of the shower drain everything we took a shower. We weren't told that Sunday at 7am there was a political event with hundreds of people shouting on the microphone waking everybody up. You can't use the spa facilities without paying extra. They don't take American Express.

Large grounds... Nice outdoor restaurant for lunch. Guitar players on Sunday afternoon, but not too loud. Tables are dressed with tablecloth.

Beautiful Hacienda Santa Cruz. Today's event was a artists bazaar with many very talented vendores/as. Restaurant is always exceptional.

I was at the Hacienda with my family. I think the place looks beautiful but I think they need to put more attention to the restaurant service and prices to elevate. The food is OK. Another recommendation is the pools need more maintenance to keep them clean. Cenote also was very dirty. And the fourth recommendation is they need more personnel that can explain more about the Hacienda when we entered only one person at the reception she could handle it.. I hope they take these recommendations as a positive and improve, it will be great for the visitors and also great for the Hacienda.
