Besides the beautiful atmosphere, they have delicious pastries and perfect coffee (I had a latte and cinnamon roll). All food that I saw being served looked delicious and was recommended by a local. The staff was superfriendly, they immediately made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They also have good Wifi, a sign with the password is right behind the counter. Everything is very neat and clean, also the bathroom.

The best bakery i've ever been too. the best bread, amazing cookies and above all outstanding coffee. Coffee is better than Starbucks.....hands down!!!. Cafe Mocha on ice is just Yummy. Simply amazing place.

Best location, worst coffee! Dishes are flat in flavor and I dare guess our croissant was not fresh and if it was, then it was not very good. Love the casona and the beauty of the surroundings, thus I have visited 3 or 4 times so my critique is in hopes of bettering their food and most importantly their coffee. That coffee was the worse I had in Merida during my most recent visit. Undrinkable. So much potential! Please, do better! I added one star for we did get good service.

Awesome place with great location. The service is beyond excellent and the food is great. Truly experts in making bread, don't miss their sandwich selection. Coffee is also great! A nice place for breakfast/brunch.

Came across Catalina on our bike ride a few weeks ago and so happy we did! The benedictino on croissant is very tasty and the atmosphere is friendly and laid back. Love the location, since it’s hard to find coffee shops in the area and we will definitely be back soon

Delicious croissants!! Pictured almond and chocolate. Fruit bowl with yogurt, granola and honey also a delicious option. Lots of drink choices. Lovely front porch and friendly staff.

Wonderful local, bakery and Café. Open all week long 8 AM to 10 PM except they close early at three on Sunday. Pastries are exquisite authentic French croissants. Coffee is great. Kombucha is delicious and the food is good too.
