Ordered a cold brew at the window, which is a very simple, unfussy beverage, and waited over 10 minutes for my drink. The staff were clearly prioritizing the drive-thru orders, as many cars received their orders while I stood there. Someone who had ordered minutes after me was given their drink. Thought that was odd, but I was trying to be patient. After listening to several BLARING songs at 8am, I was ready to just walk away without my drink and dispute the charge with my bank... when I saw one of the employees place my cold brew on the counter near the window where it sat for another 2 minutes before being given to me. I don't understand why the person that made the drink couldn't call out the order to get it out the window. - I won't ever visit this location again.

Update: things have greatly improved the last two weeks! I come here a lot, up until a few months ago this would be a 4 or 5. The last few months the owner changed and there have been staffing issues (from what I can tell) and the last 5 visits, especially M-F I was in line 20-30 minutes, I was late to work multiple times and there was no way to get out of line. Coffee is still good and staff friendly but way too long of a wait time.

Lines are very very long, really need a new location here in Hermiston, but I know that that's not going to happen. But as long as someone's taking orders, it's worth the wait!!! It's very popular here in Hermiston and it is the go-to coffee place ❤️

It’s a gamble. Sometimes you get someone paying attention and sometimes you get someone flirting with other staff. Be careful if you have dairy allergies, they don’t pay attention all the time and will put whip cream on everything.

Great blended drinks. Had their blended rebel’s 2/3 times were great! Would recommend

It’s very slow, the drinks are good but every time I go they make people’s drinks behind me in line instead of in order of who ordered first.

Drinks are reasonably priced, and they are fairly quick on getting thru their lines.

DB in The Dalles is the best DB west of the Mississippi River! Been all over and they are the only ones that don’t tell you that you are going to leave a tip! I always leave them a tip and they almost act surprised! Refreshing!

The young woman in the white sweatshirt appeared to be drunk. The timeliness of getting our order was abysmal if yhey had made hot coffee it would have been cold by the time they were done socializing. Oh and I didn't order cold coffee I order hot coffee. This will be the last time I go to this DB.

bad worker, threw coffee in my face and hit me with a rock and told me “have a good day” ??! And to this day he is still working there, I hope they fire him soon.

Order was done correctly the first time. Nice people, very attentive to food allergies. The music was too loud, even for Dutch Bros. I couldn't hear the barista at the window, she was yelling and still only heard the music. Normally at any other Dutch Bros location I can at least hear the barista. I get that this is their brand, but this location has taken the volume to another level. (Of note, I never have liked most of the music that they play, and often find that it is not safe for young ears. But I love the coffee, unlike Starbucks they do not burn the bean during roasting. This may affect my opinion on the volume, as music that I like would likely have a less severe aversion to the volume.)

Good drinks but don't bother waiting outside in line. The drive thru seems to always take priority

Yum cocomo was a very good flavored coffee. Liked that it wasn't overly sweet! And good portion for a large iced coffee 😊

I would say compared to the other Dutch Brothers that I've been to throughout the nation, this one is I would say 75% as good as the rest of them. I would say that it's not actually the best I've been to. The choice of employees is limited due to the small town that it's in. Only for that reason is it a little bit less of an appeal with less high quality employees.

Always the smiles their giving , and the joy.. they bring whe they hand us that cup of goodness coffee or tea !! Or whatever it is !!

Oddly super enthusiastic and upbeat. Noone should be that happy that early. 10/10 would probably drug test everyone there.

Coffee is decent but never come thru if you’re in a hurry. It’s usually a 15+ minute wait.

The young people who work here are amazing at helping you get the drink you want,. Especially when you have no idea what the name of the drink someone wants. It's probably the best game of 20 questions I've ever played!!😂😅 They are awesome at making sure everything is right before you drive away, and if it's not they fix it right then!! Love the customer service here!!!

Dutch bros is literally so awesome all of the employees were super nice and helpful to me. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because they charged me like 5 dollars extra to get no ice in my small drink kinda sad.

I go to dutch bros almost every morning before school they are always very happy and kind to serve me so early in the morning! It is always an awesome experience here I love their upbeat music and personalities their coffee is definitely the best I have had.

The Campout cold brew is my favorite!! The service is great!

The music was painfully loud. I ordered at the window and had to yell and lean all the way in for the barista to hear me. The coffee was okay.

This place has been booming since it made its way to Hermsiton. The staff is always eager to please. They are out there taking orders so they can have it ready for you by the time you approach the window. Rain, Snow, Heat Wave, doesn't matter they are always out eager to make your visit quick and stress free. Best Coffee in town!!

Good coffee if you like it really sweet! Line is typically long and the parking lot can be a handful. Not located in the best spot but customer service is definitely what they excel at.
