Woolworths, what can I say. Same as Coles maybe worse, taking all the joy out of shopping and taking advantage of hard-working families. Phased out most of the attendants for self-service checkouts. Have us now paying for the same paper bags we had in the 70s. You can't really reuse them, so if you don't use your own bags, they will fill up your recycling bin quite quickly. Price gouging at an all-time high. Woolworths recording record profits during a recession. Absolute grubs. I shop here as less a is possible.

Thank you to Sue and Sam working on the shelves in the stationery aisle tonight at Woolies! Sue, you watched me struggle as I failed to gather my items in a box, you kindly intervened and provided me a new box. Then, Sam came along and offered a bigger box he had! The two of you were professional, responsive and courteous to me as I shopped in store. Thank you again for your help!

I’m a 13 year old girl trying to pay for her food, when I found out my gift card had only 35c left. The kind lady that served me decided to pay for my shopping worth $12.80 and told me to pay it forward. Lord I hope the lady gets a raise!

Overpriced we go to Aldi now as woolworths are a rip off, they also rearrange the shelves on a weekly basis so you can never remember where anything is, you end up wandering aimlessly looking for single items like bread croutons that cannot be found and when you do find them after about an hour you walk back in a week later only to find they have been moved again. I end up walking out and going somewhere else because I can't find what I'm looking for and i dont have time to wander aimlessly. Pick up your act woolworths ridiculous prices and your food ain't fresh so stop calling yourself the fresh food people. Change it to woolworths the overpriced time wasters ! I only go in there if I have to. 👎

Wanted a sandwich and thought the cheapest option was to buy one from a supermarket ,unfortunately I could only find 4 sorry-looking sandwiches. Browsing around other isles, seems to be well stocked of groceries.

Really poor customer experience today. The eftpos system went down. Bad enough but the attitude was deplorable. They were unable to process my sale with any card. I asked for a manual transaction What followed was this. Quote "No, you will have to pay cash. Leave the trolley over there. Eftpos is down the street." When I mentioned the $2.50 charge for the cash I got "It is not our fault and the veiled insult, "most customers understand!"

Good woolies store, large range of stock, and doesn't seem to get too crowded or busy.

Best range supermarket in town with handy underground parking. Need to have a gold coin to be able to use the trolleys.

Always get an undercover park with easy access to the store. Only issue is this site list the store as being in Crows Nest not Umina Beach so if you are nearby and your satnav says its a 90 minute drive you are probably headed to the wrong place

This is my local, I pop down once a week or fortnight. A bit disappointing this Thursday not much stock. Fruit & Veg looked a bit limp. There were lots of people restocking. Wonder why they don't restock at night anymore.

Good store, not the biggest and needs a revamp but can normally get all you need and it's easy to park underground which is especially good when it's raining !

Was shopping late last night 3/1/23, my wife come across bonds underwear displayed as half price, got to the register and was charged full price, upon inquiring about the overcharge, duty manager was called, in a very combative encounter she immediately gaslight my wife saying loudly so everyone could hear in a public shaming attempt "Most people know our specials dont start till tomorrow" trying to dismiss my wife, I replied that " most customers like to pay the price that is displayed on the shelf" she stopped turned and gave me death stares and was staliking back and forth in an aggressive manner the entire time we were getting refunded, very mennacing and very aggresive, not a good look woolworths. The young lady serving us was lovely. Would like to clarify my wife is aboriginal and cops this sort of behaviour quiet alot, unexceptable, very aggresive, not a good look!

Went here during the Christmas period and was obviously super busy, hardest part was the parking as to it being peak season. Store was bright and clean and friendly staff, needed more people serving on the checkout but I think all stores struggle with having the right number of workers. Over all fresh fruit was good, and they had everything we needed

I came in this morning with my dog to get one item. I was holding my small poodle and asked at the desk If I could retrieve my item whilst holding him. The nice young lady apologised and advised they couldn’t allow it. I understand, it’s likely a company policy. However would you you leave your baby on the side walk? Your phone? Wallet? Something valuable? Probably not. And maybe it’s about germs, but people are allowed in and people can be disgusting. Thank you to the lady that retrieved the item on my behalf as I waited. There was a lady in her 50s (I think called Les? Possibly short for Leslie?) shaking her head and blatantly gossiping about it to a redhead employee in front of me. I thought women grew out of that but I guess they never do. Her name may be Leslie but she is a Karen :) Good day.

Meat, veggies and fruit are all too expensive but, such is the way of our country these days. The shop is easy to get around, clean, staff are nice and I really like there deli even if you can't read the descriptions due to them being minuscule. Always parking around there and on my bus route.
