Beautiful beach, does get busy during holidays and weekends, but still worth going.

One of the most beautiful beaches of Sydney, far from city centre. Not too crowded, kids friendly with attentive life saving guards. clean and quiet. The parking is expensive, but it is worth the visit. you need to bring your own food.

After Bondi this perhaps the best known to Visitors from Overseas. Think Home and Away. Thatโ€™s the fantasy. The reality is a great beach with surf on one side and the mighty Hawkesbury on the other. Great cafes, amenities and activities aside from a dip in the old Pacific sea.

Great place to relax away from the crowds at this beach. Stick near to the flags if you don't know how to swim. There are dangerous rips in the area. If you love a quiet beach and don't go to far in this is the place.

Love this place. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but if you get here early, itโ€™s a nice place to have a swim with family or friends.

Stunning. 2 great beaches effectively, Palm beach at the south end and North Palm Beach (or Summer Bay) at the north end. Both ends have lifeguards on patrol and kiosk facilities plus public toilets etc. The parking is plenty, but you will be charged from $10 for a hour up to $40for the whole day, unless you have a Northern Beaches parking sticker.

Lovely Beach, not too crowded or overly busy compared to the more touristy beaches. Clean with plenty of beachfront parking (although expensive to park). Wonderful views, rocky outcrops for rock pooling at one end and better surf at the other. One of my favourite Northern Sydney Beaches.

Not too crowded. Therea also lifeguard nearby very safe for the kids. They also have a rockpool. the only part i hate is the expensive parking but its worth the visit. Make sure to bring your own food since the cafรฉ in the area is always busy. Highly recommended

Palm Beach is located 41 kilometres (25 mi) north of Sydney. Palm Beach sits on a peninsula at the end of Barrenjoey Road, between Pittwater and Broken Bay. Accessible using bus route number 199 from Mona Vale or Manly. Excellent scenic views of the surrounding locations including the lighthouse at the beachhead. Great spot to spend a weekend for a picnic. Ample amenities for visitors including washrooms, bathing showers, seating, picnic benches. The beach is hit by gentle waves throughout the day.
