Amazing experience...me and my husband went for a couple Balinese massage and we loved it...Supartini and Cahya are very professional and they exceed our expectations. I did not stay here ,but solely went in for a 90 mins Balinese massage and to use the gym facilities afterwards. The massage itself was fine, but to use the facilities, the Steam room smelt mouldy!!! It was quite bad to use, it made me think of whether I was inhaling the mold and I left the steam room and used the Sauna room instead, which was small but good enough.

It’s my second time having a massage here with Arta. She’s exceptionally good and professional. She gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I ever had. I do weight lifting and my muscles are constantly sore. However she relieved the pain and tension, spotted the problem places and I walked out like a newborn.

Nice facilities.friendly staff nice treatment Only make me confused is I think therapist cut my time. My booking 4-5.30 pm because 90min massage i was late like 10-15 mins But I’m finish 17.17pm instead of 17.30 pm even do I late but correct time should be 17.30 pm, Means I have only have 1 hour treatment instead of 75mins or 90 mins. I was enjoyed would recommend but should be proper time to finish correct accordingly booking time. Thankyou very much

KATUT from Bali Indonesia is my therapist, and they visit exclusive for her therapy, which is experience and skill of a master masseuse. Totally recommend this place and MRS. KATUT for traditional Balinese wellness and stress relief therapy. New Hostess Mrs. Geraldine was also cery hospitable.

We have visited the spa recently with my friend for the first time and we were excited because we need a proper massage in a proper spa. The location is perfect for us because it is near to Downtown. Upon entering the Spa we were greeted with their Filipina staff and introduced/explain the services and treatment we wanted. This one is a real spa and the fact that they have many branches across the city you can guarantee a very good and quality service. The facilities, services and the price were exceptional. We were attended by Ms. Supartini and Ms. Ketut both were amazing with their services and we left very satisfied and would definitely come back again soon.

This spa is beyond exceptional! I wish I could give 10 stars! I suffer from a lot of stress stuck in my body and after my deep tissue massage with therapist Aya, I feel a 100x lighter! She worked the knots out of my shoulder blades and back so good + really knows what she’s doing because I have trouble relaxing in the first place. I also want give a shout out and a huge thank you to Julianne at reception, she’s so so helpful in asking about my problem aches and ensuring they were taken care of during my session. So very hospitable and I’m in deep gratitude to you both. I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for Bali type standard treatment in Dubai, and I am definitely coming back here in a few weeks! 🙏
