The clinic is amazing and the staff is actually fun and hardworking people. The doctor is an amazing professional and he explained everything beforehand. The price I was a charged with was not expensive. The clinic is hygienic and very well decorated, luxurious amenities. One of my favorite clinics in Dubai

I had an amazing experience at OCP. I highly recommend Ms. Judy for Hydrafacial. She is so gentle and explain the steps and make sure that you are comfortable with the treatment.

Worst experience with the customer care and management and quality of service received ! They are massively under staffed with currently ZERO qualified dermatologists and after paying for 4 sessions in advance midway they do not have any qualified doctors to the job and after complaining several times no one bothers to follow up with the owners / management on refund. Do not recommend! Especially never pay for packages as that’s how they seem to tie you in. Dubai has many amazing clinics and this one is surely not one of them plus over priced !

One of the best clinics in Dubai, I visited OCP for my laser hair removal for my lower legs last month, then today I decided to have a consultation with the Dermatologist and she recommended me to first try Hydrafacial in combination with Mesotherapy Microneedling, OMG my skin has never been more hydrated and clear, I’m so happy with the result!!! I already scheduled my next visit to do a Profhilo Bioremodeling skin injection for rejuvenation ??

Always a great experience at OCP. The clinic looks amazing and the patient coordinators are very informative and professional. I had hydrafacial and mesotherapy which made my dry skin super plump, hydrated, and glowing after! It’s nice that the therapists explain the process while doing the treatment to me. I feel very well taken care of. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I had many treatments before. But this Medical Center makes me happy with the result. I did treatment for my pigmentation. Before i can see the marks on my face so dark. Now it lightens and I don't even have my 2nd session yet. Their mesotherapy treatment also was so so great. My friend notice that my skin is really glowing. I'm really happy. The money I spent is worth. Plus their staff are very accommodating. The ambiance is very nice, so classy. You will not waste your money in this clinic. Very recomendable.

My wife and I both had the Hydrafacial Ultra. Great experience. Highly professional staff. Very accommodating. Extremely clean. On time. In fact we had to reschedule on two occasions and the staff were both accommodating and super responsive--within 2 to 3 minutes they respond. Highly Recommend.

I booked yesterday for thread lift and they confirmed my booking for the next day! Next day I canceled my meetings to be on time for doctor appointment but once I reached they said sorry we run out of threads !!!! You believe that ! Why do you make booking and on day of appointment you day we run out of threads ! If you don’t have threads why you accept the booking?! That’s absolutely not acceptable of course I would never come back to your clinic it’s always good to improve your reputation but in this way you are ruining it !

This was the first time I underwent Botox and Fillers treatment (my wife received Botox treatment also), and I was initially very nervous! Dr. Perkar was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and put my mind at ease. I received both treatments straight after my consultation and Dr. Perkar and the team were absolutely fantastic! OCP Medical Center is a beautiful clinic and all the staff are extremely professional yet friendly. They only use the best products at this clinic (I did a lot of research on this) and the results are WOW! I couldn't recommend this clinic enough. I'll certainly be back for more treatment. Unfortunately had an extremely unpleasant experience with dermatologist Dr. Anwar Atari. Was shocked with the lack of professionalism present during the consultation. Was blatantly insulted on the condition of my skin, given sarcastic and snarky comments and also mistaken for another patient. Completely unacceptable.

Clinic with great treatments. Have done hydra facial and IPL laser to remove veins here. Dokters are very nice and professional. The receptionists however not so much. When planning my last appointment, they confirmed back to me a wrong timing, ok can happen. A couple of days later they send me an appointment reminder while my appointment was not for another week. The day of the appointment they call me at 14u(even though I have requested to not be called and make communication go by message or mail) asking if im coming to my appointment… my appointment was at 18u. 😓😅

Dr. Joyce and the team are realy professional and they know exact what clients want. The level of understanding and professionalism is worth appreciating. I am a satisfied client.

My sister and i got the package for laser hair removal. it was extremely painful as they have an old machine and got burned marks. Afterwards when we requested for our money back they didnt bother to respond for many days. They have pathetic customer service.

I went here for UA Chemical peeling and they have the worst service ever. Out of my 4 sessions, not even a small portion of my skin has peeled off. I already complained after my 1st session so they can do something about it but they did not do anything. Horrible service. Save yourself and do not even think of going to this place. Total waste of money.

Absolutely amazing! Dr Joyce was so informative and helpful. She will be the only person I want to ever do any injections on my face. She was gentle and made sure I understood everything she was doing and why. She made me feel confident and safe. I got the BOTOX treatment.

Dr. Marwa is the best one I have ever dealt with! She is so talented, very competent in what she is doing, her session is just like an artist painting on his canvas. Minimal pain i felt, although im a very sensitive person, and above all how kind she is. I intentionally didnot review immediately and waited to see results to have a rational review, I am amazed of results and Dr. Marwa is highly highly recommended.

I've had an amazing and transformational experience at ocp clinic. I'm undergoing laser treatments under Dr. Shubhangi's medical prescription. I have acne prone skin and some legacy scars which are miraculously fading away and my skin condition is improving. I'm absolutely pleased with my progress under her supervision. Also the therapists and receptionist are really adept and friendly. Overall, I would recommend this clinic for all cosmetic treatments.

Having been to many medical centres in the UAE, I can confidently say that the OCP medical center has been by far the best. Dr. Shubangi, the dermatologist is exceptional. I felt at ease with her.
