Service is good but one thing I don't appreciate that they should ask WOULD YOU LIKE TO ADD cold drinks? Will be extra charge! But they are asking (what drinks you would like to have.) ? It's mines they are offering complimentary.but its not!

During my recent outing, I had the pleasure of visiting the renowned fast-food establishment, KFC. Upon my arrival, I couldn't resist indulging in their tantalizing chicken. The experience was nothing short of delightful as I relished every bite of their succulent, perfectly seasoned chicken.

KFC is the best fried chicken joint ever all over the glob. This branch also serves the same taste. Open till late night and as in the middle of the community, it’s quite busy always. As they prepare fresh and moves fast, you get hot and crispy chickens all time.

This is not a KFC, Oil was so much smelly. First time i was not happy with KFC. Even i complaint to their call center but they called back and then asked for pictures. We sent but no one responded. Worst Service. I was not expacting such a bad experience for this type of big brand. My daughter faced stomatch problem due to the bad oil for chicken. We didnt eat it as well

Open till late night. We tried the rice bowl and it didn’t meet our expectations but the portion is big and filling. Also, the chicken pieces were too oily for our liking. Staff is nice

I visited this place last week and had my most horrible experience of life, i was there late night with my friend and one of the staffs friend was at the other side of the counter and faking the scenario guy was leaning on my friend and its was very embarrassing for her, staff defended that guy while my friend was getting harassed by that man, kfc should be shameful for entertaining such type of customers. Management should look into it and take necessary actions so that it is not repeated with anyother girl

I am reviewing the OUTSIDE SEATING. overall we like KFC Al Khail branch, it is our simple GO TO fast food. One particular afternoon, we dine at the outdoor seating, there was one guy who was continuously smoking (not a kfc customer I supposed) so I reported to the counter because we have a pregnant and a toddle on our table and the guy on duty reponded, he approached they guy and came to our table. He told me, Maam' He is our manager. Then I said! ALL THE MORE HE SHOULDN'T BE SMOKING here. he stopped and half way we were eating, the smell of the nicotine bursts again. I mean, we understand you want to smoke, there is a smoking area in the hallway of the AKG Community Center. He was chain smoking right at the table of other customers. I find it rude and unprofessional. I hope this gets attention and get addressed. OVERALL I do not have complaint with KFC, Just this incident. I hope change be implemented.

Very good, Pretty much, KFC is same everywhere and It gives both the taste and financial spots. This one also keeps to the tradition. Oh the spicy fries! Such lovely and fun.
