Depended on staff's recommendation, got fish tank that had cracked glass on the lower part (saw when I got home). They refuse to replace it. Additionally, they deceptively say they offer a 5% discount on their extremely over priced products as if they are doing you a favor. Literally everything they sell can be found online for a fraction of the price, total ripoff. They offered to sell pets illegally aka privately (UNDER THE RULE N16 FOR THE RESPECT OF ANIMALS WELFARE IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO SELL ANIMALS WITHOUT A MINISTERIAL LICENSE IN THE UAE.) Overall, shady and overpriced from my experience. Advice; Go to Sharjah to buy your pet, will be a lot cheaper, and buy your accessories online from Amazon maybe since it is easy to return if things go wrong (they come to you for the return rather than going to Sharjah) This is a review from 6 years ago, still stands unfortunately: 1) Store smells very bad 2) The parrots and other birds are extremely loud scaring the dogs and especially the kittens 3) The place is not well kept at all 4) The animals are all EXTREMELY scared of human interaction (which shows lack of good care) 5) Bought a pet from their store which ended up being extremely sick - the virus the pet had is EASILY transferable and therefore has probably infected the other animals 6) we were not informed about the above at all! 7) We were told the pet had had all his proper vaccinations however it DID NOT. 8) No love or good care and healthy conditions, health checks provided to the pets at all. NEVER EVER going back. I hope that all the animals there get proper help and get rescued from such horrible care. They are all beautiful animals, so upsetting and heartbreaking.

A very unique shop in Dubai, where you can find a huge range of pets. Parrots, rabbits, cats, puppies and many more. They sell a-lot of pets accessories, foods and almost all pets related products. The prices are relatively very high compared to carrefour, the quality of products is good. I can’t comment on the training or pets health, however apparently they looked good. Parking is really hard to find to find on the service road, however you can park in the backside street and walk to the shop.

The birds are kept in small cages which don’t look clean and some have flies buzzing around etc. I can’t even imagine what kind of existence these poor birds have or how they feel. They must be so depressed. The turtles / tortoises are the same. Small cages, fake grass, nothing to do, nowhere to go. I wouldn’t buy any live animals from them. They don’t seem to really care about the live animals. It’s just about profit.

Truly like this store - they have everything i need for all kind of pets in one stop location. Great customer service too and reasonable prices.

It was good service before. Now some weird person working there. He never picks up call. He ignores my calls, on landline he picked up but could barely speak English. I asked to speak with his manager and he said he doesnt know any managers . And this company hire such unprofessional people? I am putting this review for the owner to see how his sales people are working Hope he will change them and service will be improved. Meanwhile will order from another shop.

Helpful staffs.. Excellent price.. Cute different animals and very nice birds.. High quality items and acceptable prices. They can serve fresh fishes on certain days of week. upon request from manager

Came to choose a cat, drove all the way just to find out that they can't open the cage for me to see if I like the cat. First I have to pay for the cat 4000 and then they can let him out of the cage for me to see if I like the behavior, rediculous. Cats were just rolled up not really clear what is their behavior or character so hard to make a pick. Will buy in another place where I can be assisted even if I came in the evening, the sales person didn't seem to care much.

Good available pet store

Its my first time to visit the shop and it was purely accidental. But I'm glad I found this shop. Its quite a big shop and with a good variety of pet food. They have other accessories for pets too ranging from collars to toys. The staff who assisted me was also very nice. Unfortunately I forgot to note his name, he is a Pakistani staff. Loved the big fish pond with Koi karp they have besides the cash counter.

They have everything for pets like cats, dogs, rodents, birds, and also fishes. They offer different kinds of food, toys, bowls, containers, aquariums, cages of different sizes and colors, bags, and supplements for your beloved pets. Also they have some gorgeous birds, rabbits and fishes for sale. The place is amazing, tidy and well organized 💯👌🏽

A shoutout to Abdullah the shop assistant who went out of his way to assist me with my purchases and had an amazing positive attiude. An amazing sales person who made my shopping experience fun and easy. Well done Abdullah 👍🏽

They never have change, I came with 500 aed they refused to serve me, and it’s not a first time. So I had to look for another shop to buy stuff for my cat

Great selection and reasonable prices! Everything a dog lover needs from puppy to good old dog. I have had to figure out so many things for our first pet ever and Animal World has been there for everything. Could not have gotten through the puppy years without them!
