Very nice and challenging hike. We started from the top from the car park near Jebel Jais observation spot and went down (there is a white van parked near the road with private parking sign. You need proper hiking boots, plenty of water. Both ways it took us 4 hours without lunch, approx 11,5 km. The path sometimes disappears, pay attention to the stones and yellow markings, which are a bit faded. Follow black water tubes and then you’ll see a farm with terraces. Go through the farm. Bear right and near the last hut go down. Follow the steps down to the oasis. Collect you trash and keep it clean. Enjoy!

There are two ways getting there: 1. Start from mountain top, near the parking for Jais Sledder. whole way is downward around 8km, and you will pass the Hidden Oasis. 2. Start from mountain bottom, searching “Parking for Hidden Oasis Trek” in Google Maps, and then go upwards continuously to the Hidden Oasis around 4km. The way is medium to advanced difficulty, but view is splendid and worthy to visit.

Woww. It was a nice experience. I really enjoyed this place. It's better to visit after rain. It was completely greeny when I visited there. Very calm and peaceful area. I got the really good vibes from there. And the hiking difficulty level is easy. So everybody can reach there easily. If you are in UAE you must visit here.

Amazing hike near Jabel Jaise area. You can reach to hidden oasis from two directions. You can start from top of Jabel Jaise near the view point and come down or start from below near Wadi Shahha and climb up. We did the hike from below. First half or the hike is bit difficult but after that its not that much difficult. It took around four hours to complete the hike. During the hike there are many scenic view points and hidden oasis itself is amazing. At the time we did the hike there was no greenery because of no rain but worth to visit.

Sal Shuha is a fantastic hiking spot for beginners who are looking for an easy trail with stunning views. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the great outdoors without having to travel too far from the city. The trail is well-maintained and easy to navigate, with gradual inclines that won't leave you gasping for air. One of the highlights of this hike is the stunning scenery. The trail offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, making it the perfect place to stop and take in the beauty of nature. Whether you're an experienced hiker or a beginner, Sal Shuha is a must-visit destination that won't disappoint.

Very beautiful hike. Worth every step. Not very hard for amateur hikers. It starts at the parking place at the Jabel Jais viewing point. 4,30 hrs, 10 km. First you go down passing farms on the way and then you reach the oasis by steep steps. The track is marked in yellow at the middle section, where it’s hard to see the path.

Parking (search parking for hidden oasis and hike is around 3.5/4km each way to the oasis) from there head left, past the dwellings, the construction site and then the dam, then follow the rock face to the right. The easiest passage through boulders is to climb to left for the first one, then the next one follow to the right! Then the track is marked with little red/yellow paint dots or rock piles or you will spot the stairs or pathways. The track has loose stones, is winding, goes up and down. (Decent footwear needed) Lots of goats, insects, lizards, birds, and almost nobody else there. (We went 2nd April, arrived at 8am. The oasis is already less green as it gets hotter. There is little to no shade on the hike. You will need a hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water. Next time we will go in winter after the rains! The hike took us around 3 hours return from the parking. You can continue past the oasis to the village, but we didn't do it this time.

Been there on 16 Jan 2021. No green grass unfortunately. Very interesting hike though.

Loved it, a beautiful and rough track for hiking. Mountains are carved so beautifully by the Allah Almighty. You will say subhanallah with just one glance at them. The oasis at the end of the track is another place to amaze. Goats grazing in the square was an awe sight. It's almost 9 KM track up and down. Recommended for the hikers.
