We left our dog Marlo for almost one month in Pet Care. During this time we were in frequent contact with the staff. He had his own big room with AC.They send us many videos and pictures of Marlo, assuring of his good condition, that he plays with other dog and that he is eating well... And we came back to pick him up after all those days and... he wanted to stay there! We could see that he was simply happy there 🥰 he knew each staff member, wanted to play with all of them, running happily... it means that the had a great time there and that he was under a very good care. All staff in Pet Care is very friendly, humble and responsible (they have listened to all our instructions regarding Marlo). They even gave him a shower twice! Honestly, his hair never looked so good like after being brushed in Pet Care 🥰 after one month there our dog was in perfect condition. For sure, if any time we need to travel, we will bring him there again. He is safe and happy there.

We left our doggie there while Mon vacations abroad. The facilities are extremely well cared. The personal is awesome and they really love dogs. Each kennel have 2 spaces, one shadowed and one inside with air conditioner. Our dog live it so much that it took time to her to recognize us!!!

I took my Jordy and was very hesitant at first because he is a very timid dog and scared of everything. The staff was very understanding and put him with the smaller dogs to build his confidence to be with the dogs his size. I was gone for 3 weeks and they sent regular updates and he was showered and clean when I finally picked him up. He entered scared and left a more confident boy. I could tell they treated him well because he wanted to play with them when we were leaving. Petcare will be my go to if I ever need to take him for daycare or extended stay.

Friendly staff, easy booking for pet boarding with complementary grooming. We were taken around the premises since it was our first visit and even saw the rescued animals. You can see the passion and love for animals from the staff and how the animals easily followed and interacted with them. Will definitely use them again for boarding.

I kept my cat there for 10 days. He was well taken care off. After returning home he was sneezing and the doctor from there came to give him meds. And they constantly checked up on him. Thank you for providing royal treatment and service to my cat The kennels are clean and each cat gets his own kennel with outdoor space which is perfect for my cat as he loves to go out.

These guys are awesome. Booked the mobile petting zoo for my sons 5th birthday. Animals are well looked after and the team are knowledgeable and patient while the kids learnt about the animals. Wonderful experience.

Apollo loves spending time with his friends and enjoys playing with the caretakers too! We trust them and board our golden retriever while we go for trips and want some quality time with family. It’s like a staycation for dogs!

We had a great experience, very professional service by people who genuinely care. Kanishka was our point of contact throughout, he’s a thorough gentleman who knows his way around pets and takes very good care of them. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to leave their pet in a good environment with a loving set of hands taking care of them.

We took our 3 cats there for a week and it was a low season with great offer. Clean facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Kanishka is a very pet friendly person who manages of Pet care will meet your needs.

We had a fantastic experience with PetCare UAE as did our dogs. All the staff we met were professional and friendly. Our first dog boarding in the UAE, we were apprehensive of where to leave our 2 beloved doggies for our short trip abroad but from the start PetCare UAE were clearly the best choice. After the initial telephone call, we visited the site and were given a complete tour and the team impressed us. The pick up and drop off were smooth and both our dogs returned happy and freshly groomed. We are particularly grateful for the attention given to our elderly dog who requires daily medication. For first time I left my pets at kennel( I was choosing long, to have place which provides daily walk for my dog( large breed), good service with valuable price). I was really worry how I will leave them without me.. but!!! The staff is very responsible and careful. Whenever I was contacting them for videos and pictures, or any updates, I was getting even more than I requested!!! I would hardly recommend this kennel. My pets found there amazing service, warm hearts and perfect care. Thank you so much!!!

Nice location and grounds. Staff seem genuinely caring about the dogs and cats boarding here. My Moon cat appeared to enjoy his 3 nights stay and I felt at ease leaving him there. Thank you for taking care of him.

This was our first time leaving our dog, Sierra, at a kennel. Naturally we had reservations, especially since it was for an extended stay (6 weeks). I can say without hesitation that I would book at Pet Care in the future! The staff were so understanding of our request to receive regular picture and video updates of Sierra while we were away. Since returning home, Sierra has not exhibited any behavioral issues. In fact, she appears to be healthy, alert and very playful. She slipped right back into our old routine without any hang ups. We are convinced of the professionalism and integrity of the staff at PetCare and we thank them for all their support and help - we appreciate it!

My dog was here for almost 3 months to allow me to have an operation on my leg. The team were fantastic and assisted in every possible way. 100% will use them when I go on vacation in the future.

We had our dog in Pet Care for 25 days during the summer and everything was perfect. Our dog even had a bed and some toys prepared in his kennel. Staff was very friendly and sent us some photos during the time to see how our dog was doing. We will definitely use Pet Care again.

Our first experience leaving our dog in a kennel and it couldn’t have gone better. Our dog, Rocky, had a great time. We received videos of him from Roger which helped us know he was happy and making other dog friends. He came home looking wonderful! Well fed and groomed.
