First of all 1000/- just for 5min mins consultancy. Afterwards they told me a total bill of 2000/- in cash and when i told them to pay online they said 3000/- , 1000/- extra for online payment and when i asked why they told me that sir has said to take 1000/- extra. Stupid service, no lookout for patient and no space for parking, have to park on the road.

Worst experience ever . Dr. kalpana was so rude . She was like- jaldi kro mujhe time nhi h ,nhi to bahar jaao . Patients come for their treatment, not your humiliation. This will be my last visit to Rituma hospital.

Dr Bhavana is one of the best gynecologist in Vadodara. She is experienced, friendly, frank and very quick in decision. I always felf so positive during my pregnancy journey of 9 months because of her. I would give 6star out of 5 to her. Though doctors are best in Rituma clinic but you will find unprofessional, inexperienced and less tainted nurses. Hospital rooms and washroom are not properly cleaned. You may find mosquitoes in waiting area and in rooms. Other problem is with parking issue. There is no parking space in inner and even outer galli for 4 wheelers.

Consulted Dr Bhavna patel for my wife which was followed by a surgery at the same hospital. I can bet you will not a get a better gynecologist in baroda then Dr bhavna, very humble, very professional and highly experienced. Hatts off to her pre post surgery detailing and dealing with patient and relatives. The hospital staff makes you feel ur home they are proactivr and are on there toes 24hrs at your service. I am visiting Dr Bhavna Patel since last 8 years. The Dr is excellent and her way to deal with patient is fantastic. But the staff behavior is too rude. Last week I visited the clinic for Dr. Sachin Patel in an emergency. Staff even did not hear me and rudely refuse to let me contact me with the Dr. That was very disappointing

Dr Bhavna Patel is one of the best Gynaecologist we have consulted. She took care of my wife's second pregnancy. The entire journey from check up to the delivery was very smooth. Bhavna ma'am is coolness and calmness personified. During pregnancy one of the biggest things you need from the doctor is positivity, strength and confidence and Bhavna ma'am ensured that she gave an ample dose of these at different stages of the journey. She is incredibly patient and makes sure her patient is relaxed and feels at home. My wife cannot say enough good words on how Bhavna ma'am kept her strong and positive during the actual delivery. We would recommend her to anyone in Vadodara. You will notice the difference on your first visit. Also she has a great physio on her team who is incredibly knowledgeable and engaged and always providing very helpful tips. Their team also works towards achieving a normal delivery. And we would say the charges are quite reasonable . So only positives in our experience 😊

Some three to four months back, I had visited Dr.Sachin patel for treatment of stone in salivary gland. I was advised by two other ENT doctor for immediate major operation (one of the doctors is in Mangalam ENT, Ajwa road). Even the greedy doctors were inquiring me for Mediclaim. they told me the approx. budget of surgery as Rs.45k- 50k. One of my friends told me about Sachin sir. When I visited him, he asked me to do some special kind of massage and gave some medicine also. After one month, when I was massaging the stone came out of salivary gland and now, I am quite fine. Thanks to God who sent me to this Doctor, otherwise I would have gone for surgery which was not at all required. Only few doctors are good, do not believe in all doctors blindly. Apart from this, Sachin sir, advice to change eating habit was thoughtful and it has changed my lifestyle. Thank you, sir.

My experience of first delivery with both respected doctors Dr.Kalpana Patel and Dr.Bhavna Patel was excellent.I felt like family here.The way both doctors supports and behaves is appreciated, they are more focused on patients health rather than money.Staff was also well behaved and supportive.I chose this clinic based on past family members positive feedbacks.Wish them great success in future ahead.Being in baroda since birth I recommend this clinic for gynecological support and consultation to my social and professional groups.
