Have tried chicken zinger burger which is not good, the lettuce they have added is not fresh and French fries was cold. Later they have changed it. Have to wait 15 mins for placing the order, order took 12 mins to prepare. Restaurant contact number also not reachable. Overall all its a bad experience. Can't expect from KFC. Support service of KFC also 👎

The Aarti who took my order was not so happy because she saw that my wife wore a burkha,and after that her behaviour was very strange,she took my order without smiling with full attitude,will go to Mc Donalds instead but will never come back to KFC. Thank you.

I ordered Boneless chicken strips bucket of 8 it was yummy. Not that crowded pretty good place. The only thing lacking about the place was they didn't had there ac kept on at my time as they said they have some issue. Other than that the service and the outlet is well maintained.

The place is worth visiting. Yet would suggest the company to offer more sauce if the customer wants it. Because in a full family pack chicken bucket, it would be unjust to offer just 2 tiny packs of sauces. This is India, to satisfy its public, at least you can make such small modifications.

Soo slow service - For order taking as well as Delivering. The photo states it all for pending orders. Also, the waste trays of previous order are lying on tables - making one uncomfortable to sit.

It's is my first in kfc where I test non-vegetarian food . they also provide a good vegitarian food . Also maintain social destination and check you thermal temperature. Staff are good and nice behaviour 😊

I’ve tried to give this place chance after chance but every time I order from them it’s a disaster. They mess up my order in the most ridiculous ways. I order the same thing every time.They have given me a wrap instead of a bowl. Chicken instead of just vegetables. Then I call them and they either won’t answer the phone or everyone just passes the phone to someone else. Maybe they’re better in person but i wouldn’t order from them again.👎🚫🚫

They discounted rice bowls, and started biryani (hope KFC didn't aware of this changes) better to make dal rice instead of bakwas biryani. Anyways they are using halal food and Pam oil so they will do anything with their recipes.

Same taste as before, and all the precaution like social distancing, sanitizer and mask are properly follow here. All mode of payments are acceptable except NFC. According to current guide lines shop closes at 8:30pm due to covid guidelines. Little bit costly. Good for families and friends. Good quick service. Cleanliness is excellent.

The lackluster service began the moment I walked in the door, with employees who appeared more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. When I attempted to place an order online through popular platforms like Swiggy and Zomato, I was met with the frustration of unresponsiveness. Their phone line was perpetually unavailable, making it impossible to confirm my order or inquire about its status. This lack of accessibility is utterly unacceptable for a restaurant in this day and age. Moreover, the treatment of delivery riders and customers was disgraceful. The staff spoke to riders in a brusque and disrespectful manner, as though they were doing them a favor by even acknowledging their presence. This level of rudeness reflects a complete lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Furthermore, the most glaring issue of all was the quality of the food. The chicken I received was not only tasteless and dry, but it also seemed as though it had been sitting around for hours. The pieces were pale and unappetizing, clearly lacking the freshness that one would expect from a well-established fast-food chain like KFC. It's disheartening to see such a renowned brand let its standards slip to such a deplorable level. Lastly, the lack of staff was palpable throughout my visit. Tables were left uncleaned for extended periods, and the few employees present seemed overwhelmed and incapable of handling the workload. This lack of manpower significantly impacted the overall experience and added to the sense of chaos and disarray. In conclusion, my visit to KFC CG Road was an absolute nightmare. The combination of apathetic staff, unresponsive customer service, and subpar food quality has left me with no desire to return. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to think twice and explore other options in the area. KFC CG Road is an embarrassment to the brand and a disservice to its customers.

I have been eating KFC for a long time and i know the taste, quality and can tell you if it's fresh or not. I felt like i was having pakoda. The marination components were not proper as per KFC standard. The chicken was not cooked properly. Worst experience. Avoid this outlet.

When I ordered a food, a person at the counter name Payal was making a frustrated faces. They stood me up for 10 minutes just to order a food even though I was alone there. The food was good but the staff was undertrained.

One staff in counter ..every time same excuse .server is down so second cash machine is not operative .Worse service .Long queue still employees are not bother to rectify cash machine since long .one of the worse KFC centre across Ahmedabad. Never go to this centre .Vanishing your money and time .

In this Corona era, KFC is doing its best in terms of checking each and every one at the entrance, checking temperature, mandatory usage of sanitizer, allining everyone at a safe distance to place your order, all staff members are using gloves and all precious. The sitting arrangements has also done in a way that social distance can be maintained. Their food as always at a great taste and good hygiene. Keep up the great work to all the staff members and KFC team.

Supercharger chicken burgers are wonderful. Supercharger box with burger, hash brown and two spicy chicken wings. Plus a cookie. Five piece hot bucket is great if very hunger. Hot like temperature not spicy. Large fries and Pepsi is need to completed a meal. Service is fast and waiting time is within 5 mins. Centrally located in city.

Place was not at all clean. Sink was full of water and nobody cared about it. Tables were not clean too. Only food was good. Why KFC doesn't care about it's standards in India whereas abroad they maintain everything perfectly?

KFC never fails to delight. In a city where good non vegetarian food is hard to come by, this outlet is a haven for meat lovers. And no non veg dish can beat the crunchy batter encrusted, soft, succulent offerings of KFC.

Cons 1. Ordered smokey red chicken but unfortunately chicken was served cold. 2. Hand wash area was pathetic. Pipe tap was loose and soap dispenser was in broken condition. No tissue papers as well. Pros 1. Quick delivery and customer interaction.

Very cheaf staff and they punch my wrong order and didn't give me invoice print when I ask for invoice they told i will give some time they provide my after so many coach from my side and when I told that oder is wrong punched she told me (mrs Rina) i cant give u refund and her behaviour is very rude and she started shouting on me. Why not selection of boneless chicken strips are of equal size. Every time received bad experience. No one bothered.
