Friends
highly
recommend
we
stop
here
and
its
an
ok
farm
stall
with
what
seems
like
nice
cuts
of
meat.
They
also
have
other
hand
crafted
items,
like
wood
works,
leathers
satchels,
and
sheep
fur
skin
blankets
for
babies.
Theres
all
kinds
of
snacks,
a
coffee
brand,
biltong
and
roosterkoek
available
at
the
stall.
The
preserves
aka
jams
is
just
the
Ina
Bessing
jams
you
pretty
much
see
everywhere
and
my
experience
is
overly
sweet/sugary
product.
We
bought
some
koeksisters,
roosterkoek
and
chicken
nuggets
as
a
take
away.
They
pretty
much
turned
the
nuggets
into
charcoal
and
I
couldn't
give
that
to
my
daughter.
My
roosterkoek
felt
like
it
was
just
mince
on
it
with
overripe
tomatoes
instead
of
a
burger.
My
wife's
roosterkoek
was
a
pulled
lamb
roosterkoek
which
tasted
great
with
the
additional
benefit
of
bones
in
the
meat.
This
took
quite
some
time
to
prepare
and
to
say
the
least,
we
weren't
impressed.
The
biltong
was
bland.
It
needs
way
more
seasoning.
You
can
taste
the
brown
vinegar
it
was
cured
in,
but
felt
like
they
forgot
the
salt
and
spices.
The
koeksisters
were
luckily
amazing.
Apart
from
the
aforementioned,
it's
very
neat
and
clean
farm
stall.
Perhaps
we
just
had
bad
luck.
