No Wi-Fi No hot water. generator electricity does not work well. Power always goes off and on. Television has only one channel. Fridge is not working.

The place is horrible. The hotel is dirty , their staff extremely rude. The hotel has no light and lots of mosquitos. They are deceitful and full of lies just to lure you to pay. They don't care about their customer service. They do not provide toiletries. The fudge and heater not working. The walls very irritating. Infact the place shouldn't be for human beings. I paid for 2 rooms for 6 nights. I prefer to let go of the money and go elsewhere than to be sick from the filt and mosquitoes. The Governor of Abia should consider licking up this place. It's not meant for human beings and a manace to the state and embarrassment to visitors and tourist

Far from comfort and customer service delivery. Fan works on slow motion, TV is controlled from another place and it is connected to the light switch, so once you switch of the light, the TV goes off too. Fridge does not work and the AC works for awhile only if the big gen is on. The tiled floor is dusty as you can barely see the true color and beauty of the tiles. No light, no shower, heater not functioning in the bathing room. They don't offer the expected value for your money. They still cut soap giving for bathing. The staff can be very lackadaisical about your plight. They don't dress on uniform, so you don't even know who is who. I booked for 2 nights but I had to ask for a refund after the first night.

A three star hotel with a standard pool furnished to the brim. Located off Ndume otuka junction by your right after Glajosh hotels. The serene environment would make tou want to come back. It has a peacful and tranquil premesis. It is surrounded by dense forest which gives it thats tranquil environment. With the sounds of birds making you feel as if you re on the mountain. Really a nice place to be

A lot of mosquitoes, heat and discomfort to look forward to. Look for some where else, they don't take customers seriously, the 2 rooms I booked had centipede and Cockroaches. Fan works, if your room gets electricity. Aside from that, nothing else works properly; Some rooms get electricity, some don't, the rooms that get electricity not all sockets work. Water heater, doesn't work. Fridge, doesn't work. A/C, weak cooling. TV, only 2 channels. ✌🏾✌🏾

It is a nice Hotel though not very iconic in nature with a fine customers service. It has bar and restaurant with a fairly large parking space. Its rooms are in suit and a very nice plan. The problem with this hotel is that it is located near Abia mall which has an industrial generator that makes alot of noise making lodging in the hotel unbearable.

This place don't know the first thing about customer service... They don't take customers seriously... Terrible nights involving mosquito and heat..

Gina hotels is a two star hotels and also a comfortable place to Lodge and feel relax...
