Their services are above par, with smart and courteous personnel. Has a good cinema where you can take your family to for a good evening outing. The staff are not very nice. They do not introduce themselves when they come to your room to fix/clean one of the many broken items in the room (phone not working, very dirty bathtub etc). I could go on, but we can start with the staff at least smiling when they see guests.

Service in the hotel is very poor and needs to be improved on.

One of the great hotels in Umuahia. Be careful when following the map, it may land you at another hotel close to this one. Apricot has very neat rooms, with great toilets and working air conditioners and water heaters. You would want to try it

Horrible, poor services and rooms full of mosquitoes. Got malaria two days after lodging. I'll never return there or recommend it to anyone.
