    Worst hospital ever!! Went to emergency room. The medic team was unfriendly, so slow and not responsive although there was bleeding and fracture. The emergency room wasn’t crowded tho. Their job should be checking in the patient professionally. All the staff doing was chatting with each other outside their work. Didn’t seem emphatic and super slow response for emergency patient. As the patient getting fracture on the jaw unable to talk and move the lips, instead of asking doctor to check the bleeding, the nurse had the audacity to ask patient is it still bleeding. It should be your job to check and not making patient medically uncomfortable, at least ask the doctor to check, the doctor was there. Had to keep request them to change the band when the blood was full. Is it so hard to just check in regularly in emergency condition?? Stayed overnight expecting more follow up and checking on patient condition more detail. Did bell call like hundred times from in-patient room but there was no response at all, until we have to walk out to call manually. Air con was off it was uncomfortably hot, remote wasn’t there on the room. Staff didn’t seem care. Had to wait more than 6hours to just to get the air con remote. Administration was too complicated in the same hand. Took 5hours just to checkout. When we followed up, the staff responded so curtly. Service doesn’t compatible with the price paid. Never again👎

    The hospital is new, doctors, nurses and employees are great professionals. Till now all good. However the place is slowly becoming victim of its own success. The waiting to register only is unbearable, also the exit / cashier takes too long. Yet this is nothing wrong with the front office, they are doing their very best (and beyond). It is the hundreds and hundreds of people who just cant be handled in such small hospital.

    Air conditioned lobby and waiting room, clean emergency room, polite staffs. Expect expensive price for any treatment here, and the waiting time is unbearable, you who come to the lobby, asked to go to the emergency room, then asked to register at the other room, then back to the ER, then walking back to the cashier to check the treatment price, if you agree to pay, then the doctor will help you. if you could walk this far, maybe you don't need to come to this hospital at all.

    This is one of the slowest hospital services. Ngl I waited for almost 2 hours for my prescribed meds to be taken. Not saying that theyre also rude on talking to patients. 😐

    If you like to wait and love when just arrived people go before you, who waited for 2 hours. This is a place for you. Recommend if you have lots of time and want to sit near the door.

    I was not happy with the service of the customer service at insurance desk, today 8 September 2022, the girl with white balinese dress. I have been many times to aome hospitals and they helped me to fill in the forms and only sign. Here I have to fill in my self and 5 times wrong mistake from her never inform which one to fill in. I just out from Bali Med yesterday 7 September 2022 and all smooth. Frustrated for me, not good service at all. My insurance is Vip and all charged and my son dying at UGD but takes so long to process the room and treatment. I am disappointed.

    horrible !!! horrible!! from the service - the execussion so horrible ! im waiting to wait my insurance to be claimed for almost one day and there so many excuses once you want to claim it , at the end after im almost dying my assurance agent ask me to move to another hospital not event 30 mins my insurance claimed and done my surgery ! this place really hell , please please

    Had an emergency appendectomy here. The staff is highly professional, English speaking and friendly. The surgery went really well, spent 4 days hospitalized during recovery — they took care of me very well. Make sure you have insurance, as this kind of operation can cost up to $3200. Highly recommended this hospital

    The worst service at accommodating patient in need. I've come twice for emergency case, as i could not sleep for days. I know I couldn't use my BPJS but I said I would not mind paying normal. This is early morning, like 8am, not many patients at the emergency room. There were 6-8 people at the station only saying the procedure I need to do. No one, no one moved their sitting down position to give empathy, sympathy or at least initial help by cleaning my wound.

    Worst hospital!! The emergency unit don't know what they r doing or just lazy! Went in due to sudden sleep apnea - loosing the ability to breathe while tried to fall asleep because of coughing and flu. They didn't even check my throat for any inflammation or swollen!! Being neglected for half an hour and the ER staff came just to tell need to pay first for swab test!! I meant, why didn't they say so since beginning and inform the clerk??we can register and pay for the swab right away. No need to waste time!! Decided to just leave and go to other hospital!! Treated better!! That's why I know why I wasn't able to breathe, I got inflammation in my throat, due to the Coughing!!! Not to mention my BP were high.

    I am disappointed with the following points regarding the service provided by Dr. I Gst Ayu Utami Wijayanthi, M.Biomed., Sp.KJ at Bali Jimbaran Hospital: Discrimination between BPJS and non-BPJS patients. Reluctance to provide a diagnosis as the doctor in charge of me is a senior. Refusal to allow me to fully explain my issues due to concern for the patients waiting behind me, despite there being no one waiting. Delayed arrival for appointments. Overall, I am dissatisfied with my experience and won't recommend it.

    I found some doctors here were good except the last 2 neuro doctors I visited recently. They have been so judgemental. Only had CT scan but no blood test and no other thoroughly test. Judging a patient with migraine that she/he has personality/mental problem and making fun of it is really INAPPROPRIATE. I came for health not judgement. I have gone further examination in another hospital and found out that I have scoliosis which is the cause of my headache, so it's not about personality/mental health!!!. It’s really easy to judge, you don’t know how much the impact especially when you failed on diagnosis. Be compassionate. Nobody is perfect.

    Did an antigen test here (85k rupiah). Easy motorcycle parking near the emergency entrance. All the staff are very polite and helpful, including the security, registrar and nurses. Quick and efficient registration, just need to provide passport and phone number. No waiting time when I arrived at 5pm on a weekday, immediately tested and results printed within 15 minutes. Highly recommended 👏

    Dr Priska and Dr Krisna Aji take good care of me very well. Was hospitalized there and they're really professional and fast response. 10 ⭐ for both of them. Agreed about the comments that the Emergency doctor is not that friendly and needs to wait a bit longer for the medicine.

    Bali Jimbaran Hospital has complete facilities and many rooms, the access road is large so that it allows vehicles to pass each other but the asphalt has a few holes, has a large parking area. the service is fast and good. the location is also not far from several supermarkets.

    I went here for a physiotherapy. It was my fifth session and the lady nurse who assisted me adjusted the heat machine to unbearable level. It was okay at first but then suddenly I felt a strong burning sensation, so I called for help. Yet the help came in late. The medical aid ended up burning me. Worst, I receive no apology and the lady nurse was just smiling at me saying that it's nothing serious. I mean seriously?

    A good choice of hospital for the Nusa Dua area. The service is good and friendly. The waiting area is also comfortable. The registration book system can be through the application. The services of medical staff and doctors are very good👍

    I recently had to have small surgery on my shoulder and after going to the hospital in tuban for a quote which was way over priced I decided to come here and see if they could help me Well they sure did, half the price I was originally qouted and with in 2 days had operation with the best surgeon Dr Bajra operation done in 15min and I was taken care of greatly Very appreciated of their care and highly recommend them the service from the cashier's to the nurse to the Dr was amazing Thank you makasih banyak🙏🏼🙏🏼

    The service in dispensing drugs or prescriptions is very slow and the staff is often seen joking around in the dispensary while working, even though the doctor is good at examining patients. Hopefully Rs Bali Jimbaran can be more assertive towards the staff there so that the service is faster and not slow because most people complain at the pharmacy because the medicine is given too long so the wait is long so people get tired of waiting for the medicine.

    if you looking for emergency unit don't go to this hospital, all the doctor standby mostly Junior and don't know exactly what their do, they need to call every time to consult to their senior. nurse and front office lack of smile, need to learn about service excellent

    The worst service. The doctors and staff are either overworked or have no adequate competency. After waiting for 4 hours to get to the ophthalmologist, I was told that she can't perform the test because I was wearing contact lens, even though I was specifically mentioned and asking this when the first nurse perform the initial checking. I asked them should I come back another time without contact lenses, or better yet if they can provide contact lenses solution for me to take it off, and the nurse said it's fine and continue to check my eyes with contacts on which is super weird and against normal procedure. Proper medical professional would know that this is not doable and I could have save 4 hours waiting in vain. Seems they just want to not want to lose customer or money and just do diagnosis without proper procedure. Such a waste of time to come here. Better to go elsewhere and get competent service. When I asked if I can make a formal complaint, the front staff doesn't even know the procedure.
