Sooo…
I
ordered
multiple
sandwiches
from
this
Arby’s
on
Rudisill
this
afternoon
(one
for
lunch,
one
for
dinner).
When
I
opened
my
turkey
and
swiss
sandwich
up
to
eat,
I
noticed
these
white
fuzzy
strands
of
lint
or
cloth
fibers
or
something
all
along
the
cut
of
the
sandwich.
It
was
on
both
halves
of
the
sandwich
where
it
was
cut
with
their
knife.
I
took
it
back
to
that
Arby’s
and
asked
for
a
refund,
but
they
didn’t
give
me
one.
Why
didn’t
they
give
me
a
refund?
Because
I
had
no
receipt.
Why
didn’t
I
have
a
receipt?
Because
they
didn’t
give
me
one!
So
I
told
them
I
wasn’t
leaving
until
I
had
my
money
back.
Staff
offered
to
have
the
manager
remake
the
sandwich,
but
given
the
attitude
the
manager
“Sebastian”
had
when
discussing
my
refund,
I
did
not
trust
a
new
sandwich.
The
staff
then
tried
to
convince
me
that
there
was
nothing
on
the
sandwich.
I
showed
him
the
video
I
took
of
it,
clearly
showing
white
strands
of
something
on
it.
He
denied
it
and
said
it
was
shredded
lettuce.
Then
later
he
said
it
was
onion
peel.
Then
finally
he
said
it
was
just
the
bread!
Lol.
After
finally
locating
my
order
in
the
system,
the
manager
had
staff
scribble
on
a
greasy
torn
piece
of
paper
that
I
could
redeem
it
for
a
free
turkey
and
swiss
sandwich.
I
laughed
at
the
guy
and
asked
if
he
really
thought
anyone
would
believe
this
paper.
He
said
“Sebastian
told
me
to
give
you
this
and
he
even
signed
it.
Everyone
here
knows
this
signature.”
The
guy
said
they
had
no
more
“make
it
right
cards”
so
that’s
why
they
gave
me
this
paper.
What
a
joke!!!
