Let's start off by saying this is a very chic and chill place for tea and dessert. Food is overpriced, but you really come here for the experience and atmosphere. There's a private party room that I think is pretty cool. What's more awesome is taking your little girls here for a tea party. There was a dad and a little girl here on the day we went and the little girl had a smile from ear to ear because this is a legit tea party for her! Be like that dad. I ageee that although the experience is important, so should the food. Food is decent but they're really more about their drinks and dessert, both of which I thought were pretty decent. With the amount of moms coming in here with their babies, I would've liked to see a changing table in their bathroom. I also would have liked their thermostat to read 72 degrees when it's 90 outside. Sitting in 76 degrees was a bit on the warmer side for my liking.

Gorgeous little spot! My friend and I came here for an impromptu bite and were continuously surprised by the kind servers, beautiful set-up, and delicious food! We ordered a California sandwich which had some of the most tender and tasty crab ever! We also tried two different teas, takoyaki, and the fruit toast- which was scrumptious. By the end of our meal, we had abandoned any pretense of utensils and were eating with our hands! The presentation, taste, and ambience were all so delicious and I am feeling so pampered. Prices were reasonable especially considering we were paying for the experience as well as the food. Definitely will return in the near future. (If you like traditional black tea you will love the hot english toffee milk tea :)

This place is stunning and loved how there’s a parking lot. I chose to go here because I was worried about parking at the NYC locations. The staff’s attention to detail made me feel so welcomed. The way they cared for our orders and treated us was exceptional! This was my best experience ever with service. Shoutout to Rachel for her superb hospitality and Vicky and Eva for their beautiful arrangements of the tiered pastries. I understand there are concerns with how small the portions are, however that’s the nature of Afternoon Tea. We were surprised that it was filling. I also liked how when we ordered the Afternoon Tea for Four, we each chose our own tea. I was sued to sharing one big pot. Overall this was such a great experience and thank you to the staff for making this great!

A cozy place with warm ambience & super cute aesthetic decor! We were almost full but still tried out their 2 items. Both chicken roll & mocha was great! Their service is more than awesome too! We’ll def come back to this place and recommend it to anyone else ❤️

The owner is adventurous to open a tea house at that location. Uninspiring but decent interior. Yet you have staffs wearing fast food, noodle house like uniforms. My tea has artificial taste and juice like swetness. No tea leafs was seen in the pot, really❓ Dessert looks presentable but lack of taste. Probably from delivery.

Service is great! A bit pricey but the desserts tastes very good - The green tea crepe was very creamy and flavorful. Also had the molten lava cake and the one of their fruit detox tea.
