This
was
our
second
visit
and
we
were
looking
forward
to
a
nice
evening
and
a
great
dinner.
We
had
a
reservation
and
when
we
walked
in
the
host
lead
us
to
the
table
right
behind
the
host
stand.
We
asked
for
a
different
table
and
were
told
larger
parties
had
reserved
all
other
tables.
Needless
to
say,
my
husband's
chair
was
bumped
numerous
times
along
with
his
elbow.
Our
waitress
was
wonderful.
We
did
ask
her
to
space
our
courses,
but
about
20
minutes
passed
between
our
salad
and
entrées.
We
ordered
an
end
cut
of
prime
rib
and
asked
if
could
be
medium
rare.
The
server
assured
us
that
could
be
done.
The
first
attempt
was
more
well
done
than
medium
rare.
The
waitress
was
apologetic
and
asked
if
a
center
cut
would
be
acceptable
so
that
it
could
be
medium
rare.
When
the
center
cut
was
delivered,
it
was
also
over
done
and
very
tough.
The
waitress
sent
over
service
manager
Scott..what
a
JERK!
First
he
blamed
the
server
for
even
accepting
an
order
for
medium
rare,
then
argued
with
us
about
cook
and
quality
of
the
meat.
He
never
apologized
and
rushed
away
from
the
table
as
soon
as
possible.
This
"manager
"
was
not
helpful
and
very
rude
and
dismissive!
Certainly
not
what
is
expected
in
a
quality
restaurant.
Scott
ruined
this
experience
and
I
doubt
we
will
return.
