Great service but the girl who served me (Lynne) is a little crazy, she keeps laughing

We just left this location around 9:20 pm & upon arrival around 9:15, the staff was cleaning up for the night. The store hours state they close at 10 pm; however when we entered the store, the oriental guy looked at my family and I as if we were inconveniencing them. I also noticed when another female customer came in after us, the oriental guy looked at her the same way & murmured words that I couldn’t hear but his facial expressions revealed he was NOT pleased he had another customer. In fact, he even murmured words of displeasure when the lady came in. If you don’t want to serve people after 9 pm, you should change your business hours to close at 9. This is not the worse customer service I’ve encountered but it ranks in the top 5.

I Always Loved Going to Carvel Than Any Other Ice Cream Parlor!!!! They Have My Favorite Ice Cream Flavors For Many Years!!! I went today with My Friends and We Got The special today!!! We Enjoyed It Very Much!!! I Give It Five Stars!!!!!

Great ice cream, Clean location. I would recommend getting medium or small cups and large to medium shakes with toppings. Great costumer service the people are nice 10/10

I will never go back to this location solely because of the young woman behind the counter. She is always NASTY and mutters under her breath as if I’m bothering her for doing her job. Ruins my experience every time, can’t believe she still works there with all the negative reviews about her specifically. Spend your money somewhere else.

Always hits the spot, You can never go wrong with delicious soft served ice cream....parking lot is small but manageable....

Had my bday cake made with only vanilla ice cream and fudge and marshmallow and it was fantastic!!!!! It looked beautiful too. Anita took my order and it was ready on time and just what I wanted!!!!!

I’m not one to complain nor give “bad” reviews. I believe in positive reinforcement and acknowledgement of great customer service. However, the treatment I received upon entering this Carvel location was atrocious! We were not greeted instead I was stared at with disgusted looks. I had a few empty bottles in my hands, which I threw away in their indoor garbage can. The two female associates gave me dirty looks when I was done and began to whisper in each others ears which made me feel uncomfortable as if they were gossiping about me. I then went to pick out an ice cream cake and asked if they can write on it and they failed to answer my question and snatched the cake out of my hands. Therefore, I looked at my husband and told him I was not pleased with their customer service and we should just leave. I also noticed they have horrible reviews on yelp due to the lack of quality customer service. This location needs a revamp on attitudes and professionalism.

Dirty cracks and floors. Even nastier attitude of cashier! Then served us spoiled milkshake !!

It's Carvel, best ice cream I've ever had, just a bit more expensive than when I was a kid, but still worth it

Ice cream quality is extremely low. It tastes very watery. Also, when ordering a dasher, they only filled it halfway.

I'm surprised they dont try and charge for kids or spoons now. And my they are stingy on toppings and ingredients . It ends up being a lot of soft serve vanilla for an expensive price

Decided to get the scoop ice cream instead of soft serve. It tasted stale and freezer burned... 2 scoops was $10.00.. wow... disappointed. This location was always good.

I don’t understand how people are giving this place higher than 3 stars. I walked in with my mother in law and three kids. No one said hi or welcome. The ice cream was okay, price is average for Carvel but the customer service is lacking. The male was okay, the younger female was rude-not welcoming and acted like we were bothering her. I asked her a question and she didn’t respond/acted like she didn’t hear.. I repeated myself: I asked her for French vanilla and she acted like she’s never heard of that flavor. If you’re in the ice cream business you’ve heard of it, even if you don’t carry it. When I asked her for rum raisin she said that they don’t have it but that they have rocky road. ??!! Then she proceeded to remind me there’s a charge for using a credit/debit card. Ugh! Take your business elsewhere. I would’ve left but my kids were looking forward to getting ice cream.

This place is overpriced because of the town it's in Carvel is going to taste the same no matter what town you go to to get Carvel I paid $10 and change for a pint of ice cream so ridiculous this particular Carvel won't be seeing me no time soon

We all know things are more expensive. Prices in this location are out of control . I’ll take my business elsewhere
