While I did receive quality care & service, they are a very busy office. Staff was very focused. Dr. Saha was very personable. I did have some post surgery problems but, they were addressed promptly and, efficiently. Over all I am happy with the results.

Very good service, everything very friendly and attentive, the staff very respectful and understanding, they know how to explain very well, everything is understood and the doctor, I love his service, a great professional, I recommend that place for your eyesight.

My wife has been seeing Dr Caronia at OCLI for about 12 years. The reason she can still see is thanks to this great doctor. We are greatful to him and of course to OCLI and it’s staff.

This office in Rockville Center has the worst and rudest front desk staff. I'm quitting my Doctor there because of the front desk.......there I said it "they are useless and no help and should all be fired". I waited on perma-hold 20 minutes for anyone to initially answer the phone!!!!! that's embarrassing for a Doctors office!! They should be ashamed and they should FIRE the FRONT STAFF - THEY ARE LOSING PATIENTS FOR OCLI......... going back to the small office where they devote attention and Answer their phones Sincerely, Not a Fan

Dr Wong and the team were great during my eye surgery. Very informative about the procedure and what to expect during the recovery period. Dr Wong has very gentle hands. I didn't feel any pain.

Staff always helpful with an easy check in. I was greeted with a smile from behind the desk as soon as I arrived. Dr. Fumoso cheerful as he asked questions and confirmed that I had no change since my last visit .

Having had prior experiences with family members who had cataract surgeries at other locations, I was anticipating a long and confusing visit to OCLI Rockville Center when I went for my Pre-Op Appointment yesterday. But my expectations were not met. Not at all. At the start, my wife and I met with Dorys Toro, the Surgical Coordinator, who was very thorough in explaining the paperwork and the process and who also, at the request of Dr. Caronia, had us watch a short video of Dr. Caronia explaining the surgery and the three decisions about the surgery which patients must make beforehand. Following that, three or four technicians had me look through machines which provided the information about my eyes which was needed for the surgery. Finally, Dr.Caronia conducted a brief examination and helped me make my three pre-surgical decisions. The wait times between being seen by each of these professionals was minimal and I have every confidence that I am in very good hands. Choose OCLI for your surgery. And choose the Rockville Centre location!

Dr Stoller was very thorough in his examination of my eyes. The entire support staff were very understanding and patient. My only less positive comment is it would be good if when booking an appointment I would have been told to bring my drivers license and credit card so I could properly register at the kiosk

Dr Wong and his Staff deserve more than a 10 star. I am a patient for many years and have always receive the very best of care. Let’s not forget Dr. Hayes as he is my ophthalmologist. The office is kept immaculate and that is also a plus. Thank you

It was my first time at this office. I had the best experience I could. Britney was such a great assistance to Dr. Wong. We tried so hard to do my test and wasn’t able to take the test because the computer was down two times she tried two different computers she was such a delight to be with, I can’t wait to go back again to take the test. Everybody in the office was polite and things went really quick. Dr. Wong was awesome also

They are very efficient. The staff was pleasant and seemed happy to be there. The Doctor was thorough and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this office.

My experience at OCLI was very good. The staff was very friendly and professional Dr Saha was my doctor.He performed cataract surgery on both my eyes, I was very nervous about having the procedure but he lessened my anxiety. Dr Galstain was my follow up Dr he was wonderful. He answered all my questions. Everything went well and I'm very pleased with the outcome.I would recommend OCLI for those who need eye care.

Great staff, doctors. They care and take time to explain what they are doing. Im in the middle of being treated for a severe eye infection that I will probably lose some site in the eye. I feel I am best place to get treated

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. All my questions were answered. A very comfortable environment. I have recommended OCLI to friends who after they went for their first visit called me to say thank you and how happy they were that I told them about this place. Highly Recommend ! These people are very good at what they do and they are there to help

Dr Perry is amazing he has been my doctor for probably 13 years he always Provides me with excellent care. And most of all makes me feel so comfortable . Since I am that person that when I am at a doctors visit my stress level is alway up there . I love him he is the Best .I even have some of my using Dr. Perry. My most recent appt was with Dr Garibaldi who was both professional in his exam and pleasant in presentation I felt at ease with him. Dr Saha did my cateract lazer surgery and he too is both pleasant and calming. Every Dr there seems the same. Highly recommend. The office is busy but each Dr gives you the time you need to answer questions which is a big pllus.

Dr. Eric Sigler always runs on time for my scheduled appointments post retina surgery. Very friendly and explains everything thoroughly. No problems and my vision is back to normal. Great retina surgeon.

So far, so good, actually really good!! My first 3 visits for my left eye were in February. I was treated as an emergency patient. I was very well attended to by the admin staff, the physician assistants, the technicians, and the doctors. I had a different problem with my right eye on 3/30/2023. I hoped that my experience would rival my first visit. Despite a staffing shortage, the treatment I received and the sense of commitment delivered by all was just as good. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! Thank you OCLI-Rockville Centre!!!

Dr Sable is the best doctor ever. I trusted him with both of my eyes, and I see perfectly. I have referred people to him. Our eyes and feet are the most important parts of our bodies. We are fortunate to have Drs who are as great as Dr Sable. Everyone should make an appt to see Dr Sable as soon as possible. YOUR EYES ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO YOU MAKE AN APPT TO SEE DR SABLE NOW!

Terrible customer service! 5 phone calls in 5 days . each one was promised they call back . I had a simple question to see if medicare would cover my mom's surgery finally I got an answer that they couldn't tell me that till after the surgery was done. That's a ridiculous answer!!!!!! ... Fast forward 2 hours later just got off the phone with a higher up and they confirm the fact that they cannot tell you exactly how much till the surgery is done. I said why bother with the pre opp x-rays etc. they did not have an answer. Not a very good look , I will definitely go elsewhere that is absurd!

The visit with Dr Boozan was very professional,nice and very knowledgeable in what he does. Also the staff was amazing. No long waiting time and they are so helpful and funny!!! Overall an A+. Highly recommend.

Went here to get a consultation for LASIK. Saw Dr. Saha and he was amazing! Took the time to give me all the information surrounding the process and answered all my question. Had the surgery yesterday and it was amazing. Him and his staff were extremely kind, professional, and attentive! My surgery went extremely well and I’m seeing great! I highly recommend them!

I went there to accompany my mom this past October since she doesn’t speak English that well and the doctor that assisted her was incredibly rude, he was rushing during her visit spent a total of less than 5 minutes with her and then just walked away before I even had the chance to tell him some of her concerns. When I told the nurse and she called him back in- my guess is that he was rushing because they book appointments too close together- he had the audacity to ask why we hadn’t mentioned our concerns earlier when he didn’t let us get a word in and then he rushed through another exam and I didn’t appreciate how rough he was with my mom and how little patience he had. Maybe it’s time he retire or take a refresher course on bedside manners.

The office staff was efficient and kind. They respect their appointment times. I had a great experience. The doctor took her time in explaining my situation; I felt super comfortable.

I came to OCLI with a emergency eye infection. Dr. Mariani was excellent! He went above and beyond to help me. His staff was warm, welcoming and efficient. They also kept the appointment times very accurate. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
