Thank you for making a tasty green Thai vegetable curry. The sauce was delicious but it was a lot of rice and very little vegetables. I’d expected more vegetables and less rice. I've been using Healthy Dose meal plans for three months now and it has been one of the best decisions I've made this year. This is my first time trying a meal plan service and I am very satisfied. My fitness coach recommended it and I am happy to say that the food is clean and made from fresh ingredients. I receive delivery every day from Monday to Friday in the early morning. As someone who travels frequently for work, it's great to be able to easily communicate with Chef Ibtissame to pause deliveries when I'm away. The meal plan also offers a large variety of dishes, and if there's something that I don't prefer, she won't send it to me again. Overall, I highly recommend Healthy Dose for anyone looking for a convenient and personalized meal plan service.

This is my first time experiencing exceptional service and delicious food from the Healthy Dose Meal Plan. I've dealt with numerous meal plan companies in the past and have consistently been disappointed with the food quality, hygiene, and overall service. However, I have finally discovered Healthy Dose Restaurant, which I believe is the finest restaurant and meal plan company to work with. Their food is extremely clean, unbelievably tasty, and beautifully presented. Despite being on a controlled calorie meal plan, I find myself craving more of their meals because they are simply delicious. Additionally, their nutritionist is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing the best meal plan recommendations. Following their advice to go gluten-free has made me feel lighter and relieved me from bloating.

The food is more than delicious.. you can get healthy + GV + DF + amazing food teast .. I recommended the restaurant for all of people who I know.. Please keep going and create more and more recipes. I have hard teast. I’m in love with Chocolata, white bread and I dislike sea food ..it was my first time to ate salmon from them .. there is no smelly and the teast was amazing I’m subscribing with them 3 main course meals and snack for 5 days per week for one month

I was roaming around to find a gluten free friendly place and I found this gem! I ordered a red curry shrimps & rice + a strawberry cake and I’m loving them (as we speak). I struggled to find a place that has such a variety of gluten free food athlete focused. They also have great options for diary free or other dietary requirements. I definitely suggest it!

Loved the french toast. The serving is really big so you might want to share it with someone. The acai protein shake was just okay :)
