I highly recommend Shams Al Waha Medical Centre. The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. They don’t try to sell you services you don’t need and use best practices in dentistry found throughout the world. Dr Deepak Jojo is the best dentist I've ever been to. He's so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. He is gentle and less invasive then other dentists. I would also like to specifically thank Saida in the front desk. She is professional, very considerate of patients needs and is extremely welcoming. Made my experience 10/10. Before each appointment, the communication from her and the rest of the team is top tier. They send out useful reminders, proper directions with a video and book slots so that each patient has the slot for themselves. Lastly I would like to mention that even for those without insurance, the cash payment rates at Shams Al Waha were extremely affordable and in most cases the same amount as co payments made with medical insurance. A great dental experience 😁

This clinic is very clean & the ambience alone will make you feel at ease. As a healthcare professional myself, I really appreciate their commitment in ensuring patient safety by making sure that the use of proper personal protective equipment is being observed. Staff are welcoming & accommodating. I was able to get answers to my queries & I am happy with my discussion with Dr. Deepak regarding my treatment plan & options. He is very kind & patient, & will walk you throughout the whole process of your care. The clinic system & patient work flow is very organized, starting with appointment booking, treatment plans & options, & modes of payment. Another good thing that I would like to commend is the availability of treatment options, for me, as a patient, it is important to have that kind of offered flexibility that meets patient’s needs (dental & economical wise). Drs at shams Al waha were excellent. The way they explain and give options for treatment was very good. My son had his braces removed and retainers put on. Very pleased with the results. The center is clean and beautiful. I would recommend this center to anyone that has any teeth issues.

The clinic is very clean, tidy and well organized. My only negative is the washroom. This needs some attention. Edit: I am so delighted to say that after my review and comment about the attention needed to the bathroom, there was constant communication on the details of the attention required and this was fixed within a week. Dr. Diwakar Raju is the best Specialist Orthodontist in town. I did braces adjustment with him and all I can say is he is very gentle on my teeth and I can see that there are changes on my teeth as well.
