We recently came across SparkBake, which is an all-vegan bistro. They make their own bread, patties and desserts. First time I really enjoyed a vegan burger without the commercial feel and taste. Please see the detailed review below: Atmosphere Is relaxed and quite, perfect to enjoy your meal whilst talking to your friends. Service We were greeted by Manoj (the founder) and from the very start you could see he is passionate about the products they were offering. Food I had the mushroom burger, which came nicely presented and was one of the best vegan burgers I had. Portion Size Wish there would had been sweet potatoes, but they are working on getting air-fried potatoes shortly, which I think will be a good balance. Price Is what you would expect in Dubai, but on the affordable side for the quality you are getting. Sustainability/ Accessibility Since I have been visiting they are using a minimal amount of disposable items (and working to reduce these further). The place is wheelchair friendly. Plenty of parking available outdoors.

Delicious unprocessed vegan food at good prices. Really love the ethos of this place. We were all impressed with everything we ate at Sparkbake Bistro and would definitely return. 🥪 The focaccias were saucy and full of flavour, good portion size too. 🍔 Burger was also very tasty, the walnut quinoa patties had a great texture. It was quite small though. 🍟 Air-fried fries were excellent as well, they disappeared first! We were offered tasters of the brownie, mint chocolate ice cream, crackers and kale crisps - all of which were excellent. We bought a pack of 3 brownies to take home for dessert later. My non-vegan parents couldn’t believe they were vegan and couldn’t get enough of them! Fudgy but not sickly sweet. We met the owner as we were leaving and he was super friendly and clearly his passion for what he’s doing comes through in the food he produces! I don’t write reviews that easily but I have to say, this is one of the best food spots in Dubai. I’m not vegan nor vegetarian but the menu looked so delicious that I had to try it. I had the mushroom burger and fries. My food was made with passion. You could taste how fresh it was. One of the best burgers I’ve had, not to mention that the staff and the owner were really friendly. I recommend this spot to everyone and I’m definitely coming back again! Oh, and try the ice cream as well!!!

Was curious about this place after seeing their IG advertisement. It was a pleasant surprise. Everything is made fresh and you can taste it. The chipotle burger was satisfying! Chocolate ice cream tasted soooo creamy and do not miss the tiramisu. They use cakes that they bake as the „biscuit“. Above it all, the founder is very passionate about his work. Hope to see them all around Dubai soon!!!

What a warm and lovely place - glad to have stumbled upon this gem that uses clean, healthy, and simple ingredients that result in quite the delicious meal! They also have some snack options with the same objective, and are still expanding their menu. If you're looking for a healthy, pleasant meal and experience at Times Square in Dubai, you must drop by this place and have a chat with Manoj, the highly ambitious and math-oriented founder, who is a delight and sets a wonderful example of great customer service. Vegan Burgers at Sparkbake in Times Square, Dubai are absolutely bursting with flavours. Delicious 🤤 I had the roasted mushroom and Hubster the za’atar mint. Both were so filling. The servers were really helpful and informed over the products (which is always useful 👍) It’s nice they’ve not gone down the over processed route and trying to pretend it’s meat. Because, who needs meat when this tastes so good 🤷‍♀️ Tucked away in the food court, and we’re so glad we found it to try out. AND WE’LL BE BACK

Being a foodie I love trying out new places and this place was surely really impressive. The food was clean and unprocessed that was obvious in the taste. Definitely did not miss any non veg item. The burgers, salad and the deserts were all great and some of them were really new flavours, special mention of the lavender lemon sorbet. The place also is very relaxed and welcoming. Definitely going back again.

Came across Sparkbake by accident but wow, what a find! The burger was delicious, one of the best vegan burgers I’ve had. The consistency of the pattie is well developed. It’s full of healthy ingredients and still has that great burger flavor. It doesn’t fall apart like most healthy bean burger patties do. The choc mint gelato was also one of the best I’ve ever tried. It’s great to see vegan businesses that offer healthy, unprocessed options. Can’t wait to be back and try more of the menu! Sorry the picture wasn’t great I was too keen to start eating 😅

What an amazing place .. friendly staff .. perfectly delicious and healthy food ( we ordered chipotle burger and bulgur risotto) .. decent potions and reasonably prized .. just made the B’day celebration with my sister extra special . The gelato is too good. Specially the pistachio saffron, lemongrass coconut and cafe au lait

Tried their burgers last night - they are tasty, juicy, delicious. Not the regular heavy buns this one feels light. Me and my partner tried three burgers and they all have different unique flavours. Not only great food but it was so nice to chat with the owner Mr. Manoj. A must try place even if you are not a vegan !!

Beautiful plant based whole food, where every detail is made with passion and care. Always enjoy visiting for our favourites, choc-mint nice cream and my favourite, the mushroom barley wheat risotto. So many beautiful food options, can’t wait to try more! And a big appreciation for the owner, always there to share samples and have friendly conversation. Be sure to visit!

Sparkbake has truly been a saviour since I moved to Dubai a few months ago. They have targeted an untapped niche and have excelled at it. Instead of being yet another vegan place with avocado toasts and açai bowls they’ve chosen to say “we make the best damn burgers and toasties in dubai” (not sure if they say that but it’s definitely how I feel). In the last 3 months I’ve ordered/eaten in over 20 times. I’m sure the kitchen knows me as the no-mustard girl. When it comes to the burgers it’s a tie between the bbq jalapeño and chipotle. With the focaccia toasties, I’ve only ever tried the grilled marinara, but it’s so good that I don’t want to try any other flavour. For desserts, GET THE TIRAMISU!! You will not regret it. Their ice creams are also really nice. As someone who hates anything mint chocolate chip, I was pleasantly surprised how lovely and non-artificial that flavour of ice cream tastes. I’ve rambled on long enough but just wanted to quickly mention that the staff were very helpful the first time I visited and the owner is also a lovely guy who is very passionate about his food! Considering how often I eat Sparkbake, I just had to leave a review because they deserve it! Look forward to many many more no-mustard burgers and toasties!!

Simply put, this is the restaurant we need. Amazing food, Amazing Service, Amazing quality. One bite and I was hooked. The tiramisu was delightful, and I never had to feel bad about eating too much because of how healthy the ingredients were and how light the food was. The staff were very welcoming and were quick to serve the food too. All the best Spark Bake!

We just had lunch here: one toasti zatara and 1 Marinara. Wow the taste was spot on: just spicy enough, chewy enough and lots of taste! So happy that as a vegan restaurant they try out new combinations and make sure the taste is there. So many others just offer avocado toast and burger....this is soooo much better! They also gave us a sample of the icecream and also that tasted amazing. Since we are fully vegan and loved everything, we will definitely come back here!
