1. Very poor after sale service. 2. You will be forced to give 5 star rating to get 18% discount. All reviews you see in Google is forced as you need to send screenshot to get this discount. 3. False information that they give lowest price in UAE. I got fooled with this. Drift wood is cheaper in Ajman Aquarium compared to BK per shop. Do your research before buying anything from BK. 4. They try to promote a brand called “Dr. Tank” which is only imported by BK per shop. Overall- Worst After Sale service and costlier compared to Ajman Aquarium.
