Cynthia is undoubtedly one of the worst employees I have ever encountered. She was incredibly polite at first, but when I requested my own space to sit around 11 p.m., which was late, she gradually became irate. I replied, "Yes, I get it; let me get moving." She answered in a loud voice, "It doesn't seem you understand." Without any resistance, I was ready to move, but she insisted on being combative with me. According to the online information, the area I was in should have been in my room, but it's right in front of her desk. Earlier that day, I asked her nicely to change the details online because it confused the customer. Cynthia was a few hours late for work earlier in the day. She was supposed to arrive at work around 4 p.m. but showed up around 7 p.m. I didn't get any numbers or instructions on how to enter the building. I was fortunate to discover it on my own. I was astonished to find six beds there instead of the expected two when I entered the room. I've included a photo of the uncleaned pillow because it was filthy. There was a lot of disarray. She said, "We are under construction" when I told her that things were different from what was written online. I politely requested that she take it down from the internet. Her inappropriate yelling at me as a guest and a customer inspired me to write about this. People typically respect the opinion and voice of the customer.

This hostel is a true gem, if you are on the search for finding the best one in Abhu Dhabi, you can stop and relax, this is it! I cannot write the review without mentioning Cynthia, the owner of the place who treated me with deep care from the very first minute. She makes you feel safe, gives you tips and all the information you need and always up for a little chit-chat. She said things like “relax”, “go have some rest”, “don’t forget to eat”, or “how was your day” which was really heartwarming after traveling over the globe. As a solo female traveller I was grateful for her presence. The hostel is like a little chateau, elegant and homey. I was staying in a female dorm, with three other girls, but the hostel involves many dorms (it’s suitable for male and female travelers as well). It has a fully equipped kitchen where you can even cook if you feel like so and at the reception there was an electric measurement, with which I was able to check the weight of my luggages before my flight. The whole house is super-super clean and looked like everything was pretty new. I felt very safe, it was such a relief to leave my big backpack behind while wandering around in the city. As the hostel is super close to the central bus station, you can easily get on bus to your desired destination (airport/Dubai/the mosque/etc) and save a bunch of money on taxi. The hostel is excellent, I cannot say any negative things. Everything about it was great, better than I expected and I’m looking forward to come back one day!

Sono arrivata verso le 22 e 30 in ostello e ho trovato fortunatamente aria condizionata perché ad abu dhabi nonostante fosse inizio aprile si muore di caldo a tutte le ore della giornata , la proprietaria alla reception è stata cordiale i letti morbidi . Però i prezzi sono abbastanza alti considerando è un ostello e la camera condivisa ho pagato sui 30 euro per una notte. Ho chiesto di lasciare la borsa il giorno seguente perché volevo girare la città e ho dovuto pagare circa altri 6 euro non è gratuito . È abbastanza nella fascia media alta come prezzo per essere un ostello ma non c'è ne sono molti più economici valutate voi gli emirati sono abbastanza cari. È facilmente raggiungibile dal aereoporto di abu dhabi basta prendere il bus A2 che vi fermerà alla stazione dei bus a 10 min di camminata dal ostello

I’ve stayed here on several occasions. The hostel is spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable. Wifi excellent. A 5 mins walk from the central bus station. Cynthia, the manager, is one of the most professional and efficient managers that I have come across in 2 years of full-time travel. I hope to return on many occasions in the future. Thank you.

Good location,honestly. It's near from the main bus terminal so it's accessible. Near to al Wahda mall. The only SLIGHT concerns are the pillows, not comfy..and there was no life size mirror or any mirror inside our room. Apart from that, everything was well. Kitchen amenities, majlis and mini garden outside to smoke if u r smoker. Nice and quiet villa

The hostel just on the back of Bus Station. Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable place. Cynthia is a wonderful host with lightning response even on WhatsApp at any time. Recommended specially for bachelor young travellers.

Ideal location near Abu Dhabi Central bus terminal and Alwahda mall. Rooms are quite good cleaned and well managed.

Rooms are very neat and clean.. location is near central bus station.. so easy to travel around the city..we where here for 10 days and had such a amazing experience.. we made so many friends..cooked together.. made best memories..and we also celebrated new year together… witnessed spectacular show of fireworks at The Sheikh Zayed Festival.. If you are looking for some amazing experience,meeting new people.. And ofcourse affordable too.. then must check out this place..

It was excellent experience staying in (International Abu Dhabi Hostel). Management is very Professional and friendly to their guests. Rooms were cleaned and location is perfect near to bus station.

It’s a great place, clean, cheap, very new and in a great location. And the manager and personnel are really nice. Would really recommend.

Avoid. Paid for a private room - didn't have a lock on the door, and didn't have a duvet cover sheet. Didn't get a minute's sleep. You can hear every single noise in the building. Hostel owner told me it was free parking until 08:00, but I received SMS from the traffic authorities issuing me a fine. Dreadful experience overall.

I would never think it's possible to find something that affordable in UAE! Descent procing, beds hard, but comfortable, possible to find a place to eat in a walking distance! I highly recommend!

The reception staff were awake and friendly and ready for my late arrival at 3am and still had enough energy to show me around. It was unclear what was provided (didn't know you could rent a towel) and the bed was quite hard but great value for money
