Since we were buying ticket first time at the discounted price form IMG ticket counter we were not confident but anyway Khalifa ( support staff) make me understood and we bought the ticket at 220 AED but untill they are not accepting i was in doubt only. When we scanned the QR code at the entry it was accepted and we got entry without any hassle. I was laughing at me about why i was thinking too much. But any way we enjoyed the attractions, we loved the place and used all the activities multiple times. The most happy part was i have seen people where buying ticket at 345 AED where we got 120 AED less and used the same activities what they used.

Have taken this service from City Laila on 14th November 2023, and Zannat was coordinating with us, for various services at the cheapest price. I don't think someone can offered this price. She was patiently answered all my questioned even though some of them very chilly and repetitive, She did answered all of them. Finally, i decided to take this service but I had doubt on the link provided on WhatsApp. She was told to pay on the direct link given on the website. I paid and taken cheapest ticket. Not happy with the offer. I was trying to buy IMG and Ferrari World tickets for 10 people. I requested them to give Ferrari ticket but they denied it. They said 345 AED is the price and Ferrari is 345 and then how we can give almost a 50% discount? I requested many time they agreed to offer 690 aed combo in 450 aed but not agreed on 345 aed.

I was skeptic at first because the deals were too good! To our pleasant surprise, they’re very much the real thing! Got into the theme parks smoothly with no issues. We found payment difficulty paying in the wallet, we found only credit and debit cart options. If they can give some more payment options like apple pay or google pay, it will be much easier for us to use our local wallet amount.
