As a first time customer, my expectation is a bit high specially when the pricing is a bit on a five star pricing scale. I didn’t expect that the price posted on their website is misleading, because per services stated “Choose any one or book a package” and when I arrived, I found out that is only applicable when you purchase a package— something not very clear. Anyhow, the Masseuse is good - no doubt. Just that I felt the bed when I was halfway done with my treatment, I felt the bed is a bit sandy - so I’m guessing cleanliness is something they need to check on to. It was also my time to try the Balinese Massage, so I didn’t really 100% enjoyed it though gave my body a relaxation- no doubt. Overall experience is okay but coming back —- not sure. Recommendation - unsure.

They write in their website AED129 for Moroccan bath and when u call for appointment they tell u AED249. A friend went there recently and the girl who did the massage immediately was asking for extra money. I hate this begging mentality

They took extra money from my card and they are saying we can't refund it also the massage people are very unprofessional they are on the 9th floor open 24/7 without the government permission I went there at 5 am the man on the reception was asking u want other service after massage with inappropriate way I was like no I need only massage to relax there was no any music it's has a smelly place the Massage lady is unprofessional and she didn't know how to make massage I asked her to leave and called the reception guy he was talking in unrescpectful way and he asked me to leave because my time finished and I just did for 15 min they are lier and cheaters and I don't suggest anyone to go there and my money went with no any reason I left from there unhappy and with pain . I suggest this complain makes action and they should know about that and close their shop with the dump people there.

I came in with my partner after a long day of adventure and being on our feet. After leaving here I feel rejuvenated and we will be coming back sooner than later

Absolutely rubbish, the place no where looks like the one you see in pictures. The place also stinks bad. The prices aren’t the prices you see on the website. They’ll give you higher prices.

They don’t know any thing about massages. Worst experience they looted your money.please beware of this scam.

A friend of mine had a very bad experience with this place . First of all when he called the person who answered gave a special deal so when he reached there the guy helped him out peking the car . Than he gave the package for both 1 hr massage and morocon bath. At counter the indian guy showed photo of the girl which was totally different than the girl he sent . The pics were just photoshopped .. The lady was not cooperative at all and didn’t even know how to massage . All the time she was sitting on the bed which was a normal bed not even a massage bed .. she was totally incompetent. my friend called the receptionist to cancel but he did not listen and told that it’s already paid . Than instead of one hour the massage was given for only 20 min . My friend again called the receptionist to change the girl and he said all other girls are booked eventually he had to come back with pain in the back . Anyways it was not a professional massage spa and the staff was totally non cooperative . i would not recommend this place . The boss is from India so i suggest him to kindly train the staff for a better experience for clients . Thanks

After 5 minutes from the beginning of the massage the girl ask you for extra money for “extra service” so you pay double for something that ends in 10 min. They lazy to work and asking for a service which is illegal in dubai. The guys at the reception are aware of whats going on but they dont want to refund and laugh at your face. Stay away!
