I think this was one best KFC I had for a long. Chicken was very delicious but the portions are small for the price and they don’t show the ticket numbers on the display, you just have to stand there and wait till your food is ready.

Hey owners of chicken restaurants, be like KFC that doesn’t serve chicken so hot that you cannot eat it at the same time. What is the benefit of preparing food quickly, but the customer have to wait an additional 10 minutes until the temperature of the food decreases & becomes suitable for eating! KFC always takes into account that the food is warm to the appropriate degree so that you can eat it at the same time. I will not go into detail about the quality of the food because I enjoyed this great meal, thank you

Cold food and warm drinks. Not so friendly staff, just like zombies seems like dont hear or think. They charged AED 12 for a magic mojito….turns out its just pepsi poured from a bottle with few mint leaves and charge as much as they do or is it? Also was warm… To top the dekayed service and cold food…ordered a bucket of 12 pcs chicken and received 3 plates and 3 tissues. It took a while to take more plates and they did not have tissues to provide for a big meal. Not the services associated with KFC at all.

The worse KFC in the UAE … slow service. Rude unfriendly staff. The worse you can imagine. Never expect this kind of service from such renowned Brand …

Not fresh at all and the chicken was so hard to eat.

The worst kfc i had in my life, waited 20 min for my order and when i was up to take my order they put the wrong things on the plate....plus, the people hired there ar the rudest i've seen in a while that are working in a restaurant, they thrown your meal on the plate and roll their eyes when you mention something. Avoid! Don't say you where not warned!
