My experience as a buyer with this property was utterly disappointing. There were many unpleasant issues during the transaction period and the seller only cares about the money, never took any responsibility. The moment I stepped inside, it became apparent that the property's quality was far below expectations. Inside, the problems only worsened. The rooms were poorly equipped. The door is not in the right position and not be able to close it. There are leaks and blockages everywhere. I am not able to use the main bathroom shower from the first day that I moved in. To make matters worse, the seller's attitude towards addressing these issues was dismissive and unhelpful. Any concerns or requests for repairs were met with resistance and delays. It was evident that they were only interested in making a quick sale, without any regard for the buyer's satisfaction or long-term well-being. Even after closing the deal, the lack of post-purchase support and assistance was evident. leaving me to bear the burden of fixing the property's issues myself. As a buyer, I strongly advise against considering this property. The poor quality and lack of responsible customer service make it a significant risk and a regrettable investment. Do your research thoroughly, and be cautious before entering into any transaction with this seller.

West tower 1 residences. Terrible management not responding to maintenace e-mails, one month and still waiting them, no After sale support, poor placement of tiles somewhere a trip hazard, kitchen counters (few centimeters for fridge, oven and appliances missing, wall is 5 cm different from one side to another side and good luck with curtains), terrace impossible to use due noise and construction, contractually construction next to building should stop at 7pm every day and weekends, they run constructions site 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Reception staff left on they own with no support of the management. One of the pool guards not in uniform wearing normal clothes and he looks like he come down from scaffold (nothing wrong with scaffolders don’t take me wrong) but some standards must be used, they allowing children to use main pool and people to swim in clothes. Gym is external and does not have basic equipment. The highest running track on the roof is slippery and not possible to use in the morning. Parking ramps regularly not working. Cooking? Exhaust fan like not exist and apartment will smell of food. Visitor parking only allowed for 30 minutes. Not possible to purchase or rent 2nd parking place even they have 3 floors of empty parking which can be used for visitor parking too. One elevator never works and other used for delivery even they have separate delivery elevator. One word a disaster. Not recommended.

Excellent location , beautiful surroundings!

wasl1 building management is very poor. not responding for queries for months (through emails or forms etc), net following their own timelines (windows cleaning), awful customer service support.

Very nice spacious apartment, superb view from the rooms.. but no steam,sauna, even kids play area and pool are not covered, so expected to be extremely hot..

Great place to live with good amenities, 3 minutes away from the metro, very close to DIFC and amazing views of Dubai (choose the Zabeel View apartments that have unblocked views and are quiet).

A wonderful and luxurious building with a distinctive view in the middle of Dubai, the look of old and new Dubai together, rude, wonderful, really wonderful accessories. Thank you, Wasl Company, for this matter.
