This is by far the best physical therapy place I have ever been to. Their attention to detail and showing me the proper way to do my specific exercises is astounding.

After staycation in Abu Dhabi I fell from yoga ball and felt pain in my back. I don’t like to go to the doctor and don’t take any medicines so after some time I decided to visit Physiotherapist better. This center is the best! Great location in Downtown in so beautiful building ME. I was talking to Physiotherapist Mr. Emek Turker, he was checking my back, gave some advices and used 2 devices for electrotherapy and indiba. These devices provide faster recovery for musculoskeletal system problems. He was caring so I almost didn’t feel any pain. Really great center! I noticed they have ice bath and a special gym, so probably I should visit them again!

What can I say? I used to do my physiotherapy in 5 stars hospitals like mediclinic Dubai. and because of tighting schedule of them, I have been recommended to visit this center and I was extremely astonished. The center is extremely professional, pretty much the best physiotherapy ever had. Let's start by the staff and I have been in contact with Mrs Mireille, she is very friendly and she is super professional. She get my approval from my insurance company in no time which indicates great follow up.. Then once I enter the center the main Doctor listened to my concerns and what I am aiming to reach.. So he recommended to CHRIS. Guys Chris is the best.. He is very friendly.. Treat you with kind and care..he knows what he is doing.. We started very simple things and with very simple exercises at home.. We were because of working together and Chris Greek touch and tips way ahead of the schedule to improve my shoulder. I am highly recommending this center for any physiotherapy session you may ever had. It's as good as if not better than any 5 stars physiotherapy center. You are definitely in safe hands there and you will get better.

These guys are not only top notch at treatment, but also they take great care in educating you on what's going on with your body and understanding concepts that will help you with self care down the road. Very personable and knowledgable staff and the facility is clean, well kept, and has state of the art equipment.

A Physiotherapy centre should be as such that it must be avoided with short visits however there are few existing where you probably want to go again & again with more sessions cos you will start missing the team after first few days. I am super happy that i could visit this centre and the team is just perfect to help u get back on your toes at the earliest possible & get back in action. Special thanks to Physiotherapist Ashley Jacob who treated at her best. She always had new topics to discuss and teach u while doing your session of painful exercises so you are equally busy listening to her and this is very important to divert you from your pain. Riah and Mireille were super supportive for booking last min sessions and timely follow ups which were equally important. Dr Vasileios Mitsis is commendable because he found the issues very fast with right solutions. Communication is super important with colleagues which was the fine case for 1 Therapy done by Giulia perfectly as she was briefed in detail by Ashley during her absence. Giulia was upto the point. The location is central, though with costly parking and difficulties but can be neglected. The environment and aroma in the office will automatically put you in relax mode. No matter in whose hands you are, just relax, close the eyes, calm down and let them do their job. You will see the results soon. Thank You Team Excellency and you are at par of Excellence.

I would like to recommend Chris at Excellency center for physio. He helped me a lot with the shoulder and arm spasm i had. He is very professional, friendly and approachable easy to talk to, takes his time to explain you all the process of your treatment during every session, compassionate and make sure you are always okay. Great experience at excellency center. Their team of therapists is excellent and qualified. I highly recommend therapist Guilia, as she is one of their best therapists. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring, and has been immensely helpful in my shoulder pain recovery. Excellency Center is a comfy place to be treated at. The staff are so cooperative and welcoming. On top of all, Maria, she is really amazing. She knows exactly how to catch the pain triggers and release the pain professionally in a way that you can feel the difference before ending the session. Aside from this, physiotherapy is not a relaxation session, it is really painful sometimes, but Maria is so friendly and has the ability to distract your attention to pain while working hard to relieve it. Cannot thank her enough for all what she did for me. I highly recommend her.

I had lower back pain and was recommended by the doctor to go to Excellency center for 10 sessions of physiotherapy. I was paired with Giulia. She has been amazing. She took time to understand my pain in the first session and worked on it accordingly. I started feeling a massive difference after 5 sessions and can go back to the gym now as well. Would definitely recommend this place for anything physio-related.

One of my more euphoric moment.. so transcending. In a slightly masochistic manner, I enjoyed the challenge the ice bath posed to my mind and body. I had the best Experience ever had! They make the ice bath, sauna and sounds healing session the best healing experience ever. Not only did it feel incredibly refreshing and invigorating, but it also had an amazing effect on my body's recovery after the intense exercise. This place is really good when it comes to physiotherapy. husband went with a shoulder pain that was there for years and it’s already better after the very first session. we ll be definitely going there regularly. Great Team of Therapists! They helped me navigate the road to recovery from my acl tear, they really care! Even though I was going there for my knee, they always went the extra mile to make sure nothing else was bothering me. One time I had a very sore back after working out at the gym, one of the therapists spent extra time with me to help relive my soreness. This place was recommended by a friend, they made me a believer, now I'm recommending this clinic!!!

Friendly and nice staff. The center try their best to help however I don’t think all sort of injuries can be treated in this place. I went there for 5 sessions and the progress was so slow and after the 5th session I only felt 15% reduction in the level of pain. Later on I approached another physiotherapist recommended by a friend. I felt an extra 15 % more improvement in only one session. I suggest that the center should review their treatment methods and not depend on machines (leaving the customer for 20 mins to be treated by electric shocks) but depend more on body analysis and manual adjustment.

Great facility in the center of city. Easy parking facilities and great administrative follow up with insurance. Came with severe back pain. After initial intake a plan was made for 5 sessions. I was followed by Nathan (Medical Director) and exactly as planned pain was gone after 5 sessions. Combination of massages and machines to relax the muscle. All in all i would recommend and will come again. They know what they talk about! Well done Team Excellency!

I used this center to cure my headaches due to muscle tension in my neck and shoulders. The team was amazing Nathan was my Phisiotherapist. He really resolved my back issues and gave me excellent exercises to keep me pain-free. The location is very practical parking super easy and a nice walk through the Al bahar estate. Great physiotherapists- especially Nathan and Chara! I personally cannot handle any kind of pain and believe that I’m a hard case and tend to put up a fight. Nonetheless, they handled my rehabilitation with professionalism, compassion and care. My recovery from a major reconstructive surgery would’ve been really hard if it wasn’t for them. I walked into Excellency Center right after my ACL reconstruction at kings college Dubai, the surgery was great work. Now the next step was physiotherapy. When I walked into Excellency I was greeted very well and the staff was courteous that made me feel comfortable, then started my physio with Nathan, the guy worked up my legs and engaged me into exercises, did a great job with my range and motion. The place is great and I owe it all to Nathan and team for my back to normal walking in 9 weeks straight. It’s still work in progress and I’m very happy with my progress so far. We have been coming to this physiotherapy for more than 10 times already. If you dont have insurance it would cost you 600aed. They are very accommodating and nice, the place is relaxing and our PT Ashley is the best. She really does everything right and really removed my bf's neck pain. Totally life changing. Plus she really is very professional and Nice. I also saw that they have ice baths. I would totally go for that next time 😊

I know excellency center and team for over 7 years now, and I can assure you that they have one of the best doctors and therapists you can have in town. The best level of customer service that one can experience. Great approach of communication. The ambience is also 5 star rated. In short I don’t think that they have ever gone wrong, and every time I had 5 sessions booked already started feeling great at the second or third session. It’s covered by Insurance as well as cash. I used these guys after a shoulder surgery. A very professional and experienced set- up in business bay, with very friendly staff. I was appointed, Nathan, as my physio and he was excellent, a very experienced individual with a real focus in helping the patient get back to day to day life.
