630AED per month to hold pads for your teammates and train bodybuilding in a very tight space. Muay thai trainers won't teach you anything, they have very poor English, and lack the interest to teach. Trainers would pair you with another trainee and then do nothing. So if you don't know how to fight, you won't learn there. If you know how to fight then you will not get better. most people who train there are beginners to very bad beginner and it is sad to see them work out as they just don't know how bad they are and there is no chance they could be better as no-one there is teaching them. lets say, you want to improve on your own, you just want to hit the sandbag or you and your team mate would help each other out, the trainers and the cleaners will tell you it is not allowed. A very disrespectful incident happened after class where two guys where trying to train the clinch and the owner instructed one of the cleaners-in front of the fighters-to turn off the lights. When you sign up the receptionist will tell you this place is the best muay thai place in the whole of the UAE, once you start training you will find out that the actual muay thai is only about 40 minutes in the whole day, only if you attend the 2 sessions. they say 90 minutes per session; 30 minutes warm up, 10 minutes at the end of the session to stretch! and about 10 min changing gloves and getting water, 20 minutes you are holding the pads for your team mate leaving you with about only 20 minutes of actual muay thai per sessions, so much for the best muay thai gym in the UAE. The bodybuilding gym is very modest and small. the receptionist and the cleaner will pressure you to finish your work-out earlier than the official time of the gym closure as they want to sleep, ( they sleep in the gym ). I change my apartment all over the UAE every couple of month following my work site and have trained in a lot of gyms in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. I trained in colosseum for 3 months till my working project finished, and I could say that colosseum is by far the worst gym I have trained at, in the UAE, when it comes to the amount you will pay, and the poor services you gonna get. one more thing: if you were to have a private session with one of the trainers, don't expect you will get taught anything or have your techniques corrected, just expect the trainer to hold the pads for you and shout very loudly, oh, sooo goood, you hit me so hard, woooooow, power. even if it is your FIRST day fighting.

I have two years experience in practicing Muay Thai and this was by far the worst. They make us warm up for 45 minutes with regular exercises. Then the next 15-20 minutes I hold up the pad for someone else while my body cools down (what was all that warm up for then?) and then students who had been practicing here for more than a month and still don't know the basics of the basics hold up the pad for me for 10 minutes while the trainers don't do anything. I'm taught by students who don't know Muay Thai or how to fight?? And they call this "free styling." Free styling for every class? What a waste of money. The trainers are friendly but don't do anything more than blowing the whistle and tell you to correct your posture once in a blue moon. The teachers are friendly and I think they would be sincere if given the chance. That is why I think the management has told them to do it in such a lazy manner so students won't learn anything quickly. If not, then the management needs to sort things right so students can actually learn! I was getting annoyed when this went on repeat by the fourth class. I was basically paying to train students and have students hold up the pad for me for 10 minutes of training in an entire 1.5 hour class. I could do that with the punching bag at home. I quit and gave up after around 8 classes. Never going there again. If you want to really learn Muay Thai, look for another gym. I wouldn't come back here even if it's 10 dhs per class.

Great masters, good ambiance and best management. 100% recommend to anyone love to fit along with some socializing with similar mindset people. They also have a good gym with trainers as an addition. Worst management. I used to buy Personal training here. The owner promised many things like there is no Expiry and I can finish my classes anytime I want. Then later he changed his word and forcing me to renew my training session. I would suggest to try Muay Thai muppets or Amin yousufi they are very professional

Good friendly staff at this gym. Went from 2009 until 2016 when I was sponsored to move to Goldโ€™s. Weight room is a little small but there are other facilities to use like a rooftop pool and kickboxing floor. They give special offers to renewing members so you can feel that they really take care of their membership instead of just focusing on new recruits. Price is not bad, average for any gym in Dubai. Definitely cheaper than the large fitness chains in town.

For a price of 300AED a month, the gym is very poorly equipped and outdated. The pool is not temperature controlled and is often dirty since not a lot of members use it. There are plenty of other gyms which are well maintained in the area that have lower membership fees.

This Muay Thai gym, talking about sport, has been one of the best discoveries of my life. So impressive the commitment and the focus that this Club put on teaching of pure Muay Thai fight. This gym not only offers a huge, clean and fully equipped facility for all fighter's needs, but also a wide range of classes: from very beginners till pro fighters and from group classes till tailored one to one private sessions. All trainers are fully qualified and prompt to improve your technique, push you beyond your limits, and give you important feedback. Absolutely recommended

I would like to commend the 5 star services from Colosseum May Thai DXB! Their amazing team led by Abdulmounem and his awesome trainers, Pornchai and Phetchomphu - are the best package you can ever asked for from a novice to expert Muay Thai classes. We had an amazing session with them at our Meta office for 2 days, all the trainers are friendly and attentive. They have proven that training is not really in the place but in the skills of the trainer. We have learned first hand techniques! Highly recommended!

Hands down the Best Muay thai gym in UAE! When you visit other gyms who train muay thai You will soon realise how authentic and traditional the instructors are in Colossuem. The trainers are pro fighters from Thailand and teach you real Muay thai! I love it here, such a friendly and relaxed environment, not pretentious and over rated not to mention overpriced like other places. The rates for private tuition are excellent and you get a full hour of pure Muay thai. Its the best workout you will ever get, 900 calories and counting! You will sweat and when you finish youre session you feel like you have done a proper workout. My body has totally changed, ive lost weight, ive got stronger and more fit all the whilst having fun. Girls and guys train here unlike some male dominated places ive visited. Ive learnt so much here, the trainers are very patient and are great with their students from total beginner all the way to professional fighter. If youre looking for a no fuss, authentic and friendly place to learn Muay thai or to improve you're fighting, look no further! They have a fantastic indoor training area fully equipped for Muay Thai, unlike other gyms which have added Muay thai into a regular gym, colosseum gym is dedicated fully to the Muay thai traditional boxing experience, you will train the same as if you were in a training camp in Thailand, they have brought that experience to Dubai! During winter you can train outdoors, the only gym that has a Huge full rooftop area dedicated to Muay thai including a rooftop boxing ring! There is a full view of the Dubai skyline, its an amazing view whilst you workout. I hesitated slightly to write this review as this is my happy place and I don't want it to get too crowded but Its only fair to share! I struggled to find a place like this so I wish someone had told me about it before I wasted time and a lot of money trying other places. They also do great group classes on the rooftop in the evenings. They have Amazing kids classes which are very popular, it looks like so much fun whilst the kids get fit and socialise with other kids. Colosseum Muay thai boxing club is for everyone, every age, every nationality, every shape, there is no one size fits all here, you can feel confident if you are starting out, no judgements or pretentious boutique atmosphere here, this is the real deal! If you are consistent with youre training I promise you, you will loose weight and become fit, strong and feel great ๐Ÿ˜Š I love this place, If you are looking for an authentic muay thai boxing club in Dubai..you have found it!

Excellent management! My daughter has been doing classes, and the instructors are amazing. Even in the group class she gets 1-1 attention and itโ€™s clear they really care about what they do. I highly recommend these guys! The manager was very flexible and helpful with us, thank you and weโ€™ll definitely be a loyal customer!

The trainers are amazing , they are knowledble and took special interest in newbies like me. They showed all the basics of punching and kicking , body posture . I'm.looking forward to learn more from.them and get a good hold of the techniques of Muay Thai. I strongly recommend this place. It's easily accessible , well maintained and value for each fill you she'll out . Try it out guys .
