Horrible horrible service and food we booked 2 platinum tickets with 2 main courses for around 250 per person and the service was just horrible waiters refused to serve us and get the menues we had to go wait in line and order food which contradicts the point of getting platinum tickets and when we did order it took them 30 minutes to get the food which genuinely felt inedible i don’t recommend this cinema experience to anyone as the food is horrible over priced and you get horrible service with it .

Went to the Platinum Cinema and it is absolutely amazing! The reclining chair is so comfortable, the menu is extensive and the food I ordered tasted so good, the temperature is great and there's a blanket for each chair, and the sound system inside is just right. I loved that it's not crowded or in a crowded area, the bathroom was clean, and the staff are all super friendly. Will definitely be going back :)

Roxy cinema located in citywalked with the view of Burj Khalifa is really a wonderful place where you can watch a movie with friends, family or colleagues. The place is so nice and comfortbale to stay with, from their waiting area up to their screening place. I love the ambiance and all the staff who not hesitated go help you all the time.

Really enjoyed the Platinum experience, the food was surprisingly good. My menu Favorites are; -Loaded Nachos -Smoked Short Rib Tacos -Singapore Duck Bao -Short Rib of Beef Burger And ofcourse the limited edition Tabasco popcorn (I liked to mix them with cheese) 🍿 Before or after the movie you can chill in the lounge area or play a pool game.

Cinema is a great way to escape from reality. Roxy feels all sorts of emotions. The sound and visuals are always top-notch, and the experience is always memorable. Watching movies in 2023 on the big screen is still an experience that can’t be replicated at home. It’s a great way to spend time with friends and family, or even by yourself. I highly recommend visiting Roxy - city walk if you haven’t already! 😊

Platinum plus has big recliner comfy seats with a blanket! It's like being in a business class airplane seat 😅. Great screen, clear sound, pool tables to spend time before a movie. Remember to use entertainer vouchers!

The Platinum experience. As far as cinema going goes it doesn’t get much better. Certainly lives up to a business class experience. We felt pampered but not intruded on. The food although standard was good as were the portion sizes. A comfy “lazy boy” chair, a fleece blanket, a little privacy and a movie what could be bad. Enjoy.

Not crowded. Seats are big and comfy. You might wanna go early and because they sells tickets and snacks together. You may need to wait a bit even tho there aren't many people.

Fast service for tickets and food, medium seats are good value, soft and reclining. They accept fazza discount too. Lots of parking downstairs underground parking and easy to access.

Sampled the platinum experience at the cinema. Was just as I would expect from previous visits to other Roxy venues. Extremely comfy seats and really tasty food. Arrived just before the start of the film so couldn't truly soak up the platinum lounge. But walking through there were pool tables and plenty of seating available. Will be back there for sure.

It's not far from my house, which allows me to walk. I also really like the atmosphere of the place. Lots of photo areas. Well, the cinema itself, of course, has a lot of advantages. delicious food and room to choose from for any budget.

A classy cinema , i always prefer that cinema to watch newest movies with a great screen and attractive sound system , every time like first time

My go to place to watch the latest movies in town. Comfortable theater chairs, good digital surround sound, freshly cleaned washrooms and cheerful staffs.

My favorite cinema chain. Service, professionalism, staff attitude and food quality. Had a small inconvenience of mis-information between the Roxy hotline and the on-counter staff. The manager was on top of it to support and provided a suitable solution. Disclaimer: I did not get any financial compensation, but just a suitable solution :)

we loved the ambiance it's dark cosy good thing is it's not crowded and the best part if u r a new app user u get first movie pop corn free and also screens are big the only negative was the standard sittings was not comfortable over all was a good experience!

Roxy platinum cinemas in citywalk used to be my favorite before but last week I went for Mission impossible and my seat table tray was broken which Im glad I tried before putting the foods and drinks on it! They served food 30min after movie was started and they even forgot to give us blankets and straws! Food was cold and terrible! For 510AED tickets for 2 this cinema is not really worth it anymore as they need a total renovation and more staffs and better hospitality and services!

For most entertaining cinema experience I highly recommend Roxy Cinemas, City walk It was the best. Perfect place to spend a chill and quite afternoon. Comfy seats & FANTASTIC food as always! I went here for a 2 o'clock show and there was no one at the counter to check the tickets and give 3D glasses .. i went to the popcorn counter and asked the guy if he could help me to which he instantly came and gave me glasses. Cinema halls are medium size which i like. The screen colors were dull and not crisp. The sound was great. It's not very busy Tip: always go 15 minutes late to directly watch the movie. The ads before the movie are so frustrating. Why do we pay 80 AED to watch ads ??

We went to see the latest Avatar movie in one of the premium cinemas. The cinema is intimate (not massive), infact, just the right size. The seats are very comfortable and the screen size is just right. I must say the sound is sensational, really bring the movie to life. Staff are friendly and the place was spotless, a great experience.

It was a great experience, but La mer branch was better.. the food was more delicious in La mer.. but this was great also and the staff were friendly.. I wish if they make good discounts..

Very nice clean and well maintained. It's inside the city walk and the ticket counter is same as the food counter. We were a little confused as the first timers so mentioned. It's on first floor and so are the halls. The screen arena are small and gives feel of exclusivity. The seating is clean well maintained and not over used or worn off like others. A must go for movie lovers

Loved the experience at the cinema. The check in process was smooth and so was ordering our food. It would have been nice though to know from when we order our food, how long it would take for the food to arrive to our seats! Other than that was great
