Nice hospital. Nice staff. Love the cleanliness, spacious place. Dr was kind and even called later to keep check. Very nice service. Alot of parking available.

Very bad customer service, the guy at the pharmacy very rude, and the dr from bone section very un respectful. I will give them zero star. If I’m sick i need to be take care of, not to keep me waiting!!! They need to improve🙂. I want to know how can I complain.

Absolutely horrible. I went for a consultation in emergency because I have under-skin piercing that was dislocated and created an infection. When the doctor came she told me she has never seen something like this and she doesn’t know what to do. She even googled it to see how she can remove it, but she still did not know. And when they asked me to go to the nursing supervisor (Indian lady) to see whats going on!! she was very cold and didn't even care about whats happening with my father (although he was suffering from sitting in upright position because of his disc ) !! .then they came to take my father from the reception directly to the operation theater!!! He started taking of his glasses and his watch in the reception ( just imagine )!!. Then my mother and I kept wating in the reception until almost 2:30pm _3:00 pm after going twice to the same nursing supervisor ,she told us now we have an empty room you can go there!! However, the room wasn't even clean yet !! ,we waited for another 20 min until they finished cleaning ! THE ONLY good thing about this experience was the NURSES who were assigned to take care of my father ,they were very helpful , sweet and cooperative (I GIVE THEM 5 STARS).however ,everything else was a complete disaster.

I was impressed with her studies in C-section and I wanted to share with her my previous experience while delivering my first son, which was really difficult. She wasn't even looking to me, she was just looking in the computer after a quick 'salam'. I have had numerous unpleasant experiences at this hospital but unfortunately kept trying again as it is near home. The hospital has went downhill in a very big way in recent years. Last year I was admitted during pregnancy due a threatened miscarriage, the doctor in ER said we must admit you and we will check on you throughout the night and do another ultrasound tomorrow to make sure the baby is still ok. I stayed the night, was rarely checked on and did not receive an ultrasound or any reassurance upon leaving the next day. I was anxious about my next appointment to make sure everything was okay but that appointment kept getting cancelled and pushed back. It was over a month before I actually got to see the doctor the next time. THEN I had to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours to see the doctor only to see a member of staff leave the room, not even a patient. For every single pre-natal appointment I was left waiting for 1-2 hours to see the doctor. I did not even attend my post-natal check-ups as I left the waiting room before 1 hour, not wanting to leave my newborn for such a long time. The ER is in absolute shambles, first you wait in the waiting area for an hour and then they send you to the room to wait for the doctor for another hour. Absolutely horrendous waiting times. The same applies for the wait to see a paediatrician, whoever comes first walks in regardless of appointment times. Then you see a rude doctor like Dr Hanan who thinks she can talk to her patients like they are dirt. I have said so many times that I will never visit this hospital again but I have really had enough this time. They have caused me so much stress ordering tests and saying maybe you have this only to contradict the information they had perviously given.

Postoperatively, I had a pathetic nursing care experience. In spite of knowing that I was in fasting state for more than 18hrs, no courtesy to give me something to eat nor water to drink. I had to navigate to cafeteria with dehydration/tiredness to gain energy as I need to travel back to Dubai. With deep regret, I strongly suggest not to opt/visit this hospital.

I have experienced poor responses at first they said your insurance is not acceptable 😑 I said ok it's in emergency I will pay nurse in ER said first your total amount will be 500 I said ok will pay but when I get discharged they asked me to pay 600 Aed. Hospitals are build to take care of patient but this hospital doesn't bother or care about the patient. Unfortunately we don't get the service and the value of money we pay to them. Took my dad for an emergency at 5:20 am and left the hospital at 9 am all because of waiting for blood test results. First they drew blood which got haemolysed and the nurse only came after 1 hour to tell us this so she had to draw another blood sample again at 7. From 7 until 8:50, no one came to check on my dad or update us on the matter. Only when I kept asking the nurse where the doctor is and what the test results are, they (doctors) started to ask around themselves on who has taken over the shift and what who should review the test results. I have just recently started going to Emirates Hospital Jumeirah, and the service was amazing. The staff is kind and very helpful, but specifically one lady I have to mention Alaa Saad in the pharmacy who went above and beyond to assist me. She showed genuine concern and put in her greatest efforts to ensure that I got my prescribed medication on insurance because I had not been covered when I deserved to be. Our case was handled by Dr. Sebouh Kassis and his Asst Robbin who were great and made us understand each and every aspect of the treatment and guided us through proper channels from medicines to physio therapy.

I met Dr Sebouh Kassis upon referral by another doctor & he advised surgery to address my long running recurring pain which was affecting my neck & left hand. Totally disappointed with their general inquiry and insurance section! I have been calling the whole day from 2pm until 8pm and no body answered or even called back. I came in on the 15th of July to the hospital to carry out a rapid PCR test for 370 AED before my trip on the 16th of July & i was assured that the test results would be available in 2-3hrs max. I waited for a couple of hours & called back several times to check on the test results but nobody answered or even bothered to get back to me. I even wrote several emails, tried to get in contact with anyone through instagram, & even wrote a complaint on your website with no response. Up until today, which is almost 3 weeks later, i haven't received a reply about my test results. This is absolutely ridiculous & a total waste of my time and money. You should be ashamed of yourselves for this awful service. I should be eligible for a full refund since i've received nothing in return for a service that i paid for. If only i could give a 0 stars review but unfortunately i can't.

My mother goes there. She fell down and broke her leg so we went to the Korean doctors. He said that she requires a surgery we did it and still she was having pain after months of the surgery, then the same doctor is saying that she needs another surgery without explaining so I went to another doctor and he said that the first one shouldn’t have been done, IT WAS WRONG surgery and now she needs another one, seriously!!! Surgeries r not simple daily thing to have and u made wrong decision!!. Funny thing the other doctor is from the same hospital. It was a huge mistake that I did my surgery in this hospital. I had internal bleeding due to a medical mistake they did during the surgery. I continued to bleed for the full day even though I was under their observation, all the vital signs shows that there is something wrong. However the doctor was not even visiting to check after surgery. This led to me entering a life saving surgery ( second surgery).

My dental treatment is being done at Sharjah Dental University, so good treatment, good machinery, good environment, clean. Following day I took my wife to University hospital, Sharjah for examination. The first impression was amazing, the hospital is enormous and luxurious, more like a 5-star hotel, security, receptionist and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We consulted  Dr Ameenah Saadi, she made us feel comfortable and took the time to answer all our queries every appointment. She is highly experienced, professional and friendly, the best doctor we have ever known. We wanted our child's delivery at University Hospital by Dr Ameenah Saadi, #1 hospital and doctor in Sharjah. However, our insurance is not covered for delivery. Our final visit was on 8th February 2021 We would recommend University hospital, Sharjah and Dr Ameenah Saadi to other patients. I have been with Dr sebouh kassis since 2013. He is a great Neurosurgeon.Very good in this field. Very attentive and caring. Always ready to solve any problem. He is the reason i came to Emirates Hospital. He has a wonderful nurse, Robin Mendonca. Always ready to help, he welcomes you with a smile anytime you visit the hospital and sort you out . He also checks on your welfare afterwards. They have wonderful staffs at Emirates hospital. To mention a couple of names, Jaiye and Rita are superb. Loving and caring.

I tried everything possible to avoid surgery (which clearly was not the best decision) It was then that I was referred to Dr. Sebouh Kassis, Specialist – Neurosurgeon at Emirates Hospital, Jumeriah. From my first consultation, I was completely satisfied for being in safe hands. I opted for minimally invasive spinal surgery. The admin, the staff (including the nurses Robin and Meenu) were amazing, the hospital’s facilities and all procedures were timely, hassle-free, and flawless. I felt at home. I am recovering extremely well under the instructions of Dr. Sebouh Kassis, and I am thankful to him for his support and guidance on every level possible.

They are simply amazing.Doctor Sebouh is very knowledgeable and professional.He explained me my issue in very simple, understandable way together with possible solutions.He is also very responsive,down to earth and humble which is very hard to find in Dubai.I went him with recommendation of many different people and they were completely right about his know how and capability.I also visited him for couple of follow up sessions which he spent quality time with me.His assistant Robin is also awesome.Never once he kept me waiting or did not respond me on time in full.He made all arrangements for my appointments, tests, applications for approvals and many others.He is attentive, has bias for action and pragmatic to find solution.I am very satisfied with both of them.

They are so slow, not even say hi or how can i help you. We went to Himchan spine and joint center, it was REALLY great! Beyond expectations. Nice facilities, so clean, well organized.

All my visits and consultants at UHS has been seamless. Having personally witnessed some of the most advanced technologies, I always feel at peace knowing at the diagnosis would be most accurate. The doctors are very approachable, take the time to well understand the histroy and issues, and clear in their instructions to be followed for quicker recovery. The nurses make the entire journey so easy - all you have to do is handover the file number and they will take you from triage station to anywhere necessary, guide you and be available to answer any questions.

I had an appointment with Dr. Nariman (Gynecologist). She is primarily an Arabic speaker (which i had no idea before). Very disappointed by the way she dealt me. She didn’t give any time to listen to my concerns. I didn’t even finish my first sentence, she said this is not my department go to so and so. I forcefully sat down to discuss my other issues. But she doesn’t seem to be interested in answering (May be she didn’t understand my questions).

The operation for my eyes was approved by the insurance last week, and I kept calling to make an appointment for the operation but they kept sayin Dr Qassim will tell u about the date etc. Then they took my information but no one called, am calling since last saturday and they keep sayin the same sentence. I have things to get done but i can't because i can't see properly. Worst service i swear.

UHS is organized and do have friendly staff and Drs (but lack to qualifications and procedures)! And due COVID19 insurance and hospitals must find away to cover pcr tests regardless patient health insurance if it's covered or not! Although our health insurance covers the long pcr test that takes 2 days! but didn't cover the urgent one which is almost 350AED. And this is crusial in such a case! We've asked the Dr to do the long one anyway because I felt my 8 months daughter has the symptoms even we were all negative , Dr didn't insist as he's sound like it's optional and up to your health insurance if it's covered we said will pay regardless but it's covered ! . He said what she has is VIRAL and will do her nibulaizer and nothing to worry about! Knowing their ER rooms are opened to the next rooms and by doing this COVID-19 will be spreaded and even healthy kids next to my daughter could be infected ! When we went late night when the results came out another Dr was surprised about her college procedure and she gave her dexa injection and nibulaizer in isolated room!

I have bad experience after interview they ask EX employer HR , HOD which is not fair for any employee the worst part even they didnt sent reply despite i called every time there is lie just you need To be professional and humen even you dont like the candidiate you can simply said you dont fit our hospital period.

Clean and appointments some how on tome however the pharmacy is just a big problem there. We apply for a medication that needs an insurance approval, the insurance send them an email asking for more info. And guess what? They will never respond. Never. Unless you go to the pharmacy and tell them please for gods sake reply to the insurance and follow of why infos they need. I don’t understand why they are not following with the medications when clearly patients are in pain and they are in hurry to get that medicine but some how they just dont care. We come take a ticket wait for 2 hours and then go to the counter tell them please send the email to the insurance please answer them and they say oh yes yes we will send :D. And done in 1 min. God be with us.

We have visited Emergency today and unfortunately we had to face Mrs. Analyn Camu. She informed that you insurance is not covering medication etc and we will be providing only Dr. Consultation for services we have to pay. Later on after approaching insurance and Hospital insurance department we learned there is no such limit and insurance is working well. Upon escalation, she was still aggressive and later called us from emergency to reception for admission to IP. Stating, this is not her job and doing for someone else who is not available. One of the things that I have learned is that the front office staff is a DIRECT REFLECTION on the management . If he/she insists on staff being friendly and professional, they are. If they don't act appropriately, they are gone. I am raising the flag for betterment, and looking forward for positive response.

Sharjah university hospital is well -known,, i noticed infront of Main entrance there are one signage board where mention Doctor and Nursing Accommodation but Both accommodation spelling not same.. There is some spelling mistakes about (accommodation)

Horrible hospital with the exception of very few good doctors. Nurses are very dull and slow. Doctors are mostly rude especially Dr Kauser from gynecology. Waiting time is very long and they couldn't care less about patients health or wellbeing. Very unhappy with the service.
