Such a bad attitude of your staffs, i am delaing with malabar last 5 years and i never had such bad experience. I will recommend please don't go and shop from this branch such a unprofessional staffs especially the supervisor incharge. I will recommend all my friends dont purcahse from Malabar gold. Please place a good supervisor and staffs atleast who can understand the value of customers satisfaction. Completely unacceptable attitude.

I am a regular customer of this Store. Store is good in terms of visibility, parking and no of staff.Staff behaviour also good. Collections were a bit low as compared to my previous visit. Making charges are on the higher side and some ornaments have 29%. Even if they provided discount up to 16-17% i still believes it's high. Also my number is registered with them but i think there is no benifit of being a registered customer.For first 5 to 6 purchase they offered 4-5% making charge.. Then it is 16%, 17%...
