I would have given a 5 stars if I didn't had an issue of cancellation the evening of my booking witch put me on high level of stress as the boat was booked as a venue for my engagement party. After lot of back and forth the sales team ended up giving me a decent boat as replacement to the one booked initially. And they were kind enough to send me a very nice flowers and added sushi to my menu as apology gesture . My events ended very well the food and the team were extremely nice and professional. We forgot 2 pairs of sun glasses though that the team didn't fund witch is very rare in dubai to have that . But over all was great experience

Booked a yacht during our golf trip to Dubai in October 21. It was definitely the highlight of our trip for the 8 of us . Very professional service from the ease of booking to the the captain and his crew on board. Special thanks to Stephanie who looked after us on board and also for a wonderful meal cooked by the chef. Sorry forgot his name but I know our vegetarian really appreciated being specially looked after. Seeing the sunset over the Dubai skyline was really memorable and will never be forgotten by us . Thanks again for all the team at Elite for a wonderful experience. Highly recommended and a must do visiting Dubai.

We rented with some other companies before, but this was by far the best experience! The boat (Lucky Star) was super clean and tidy and in a very good condition. The layout and size of the Boat was perfect for our group (10 adults and 7 kids). The Crew was awesome! The crew did an excellent job. We had my best friend's surprise engagement party with 15 guests. The boat was decorated when we got there and they helped to load all of our things on there.
