We are long standing patients of New Ivory and I had to take my daughter to have some work done a few days ago on her front teeth which had been badly stained by iron supplements. The team are just incredibly caring and gentle and despite some tricky complications they managed to keep her comfortable and relaxed which you can see from the photo! The clinic is spotlessly clean. It's been really great so far for me. Generally, the entire staff is very welcoming and professional, shout out to Sherlene for always being so sweet and positive. My dentist is Dr Mona and she's really nice, professional, sensitive and humble. She's also very prompt. Even when she's on vacation, she doesn't delay to respond to my messages on WhatsApp. I call that really going the extra mile. It is easily a 5 star for me. From the minute you walk into the clinic the whole staff put you at ease, making the dental implant I had done, the best experience I have ever had at a dental surgery. I was quite nervous at the thought of having an implant, but there really was no need to worry. The whole thing was over and done within 2 days without any pain or discomfort. The extraction was a little bit tender the next day but that soon eased and I still can't believe how easy it all was - the most painful part was finding parking! Dr Tanveer is clearly excellent at what he does and was so clear in his communication of what was being planned - I knew I was in safe hands and am completely thrilled at the result. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone.

Over the years, I’ve had some pretty uncomfortable experiences at the dentist and in one instance made to feel wholly inadequate in respect of the care of my teeth and gums. I visited Dr Diana initially when she was based at another surgery in Deira. She then moved to New Ivory however, I was not aware that she had moved. My initial experience with her was a positive one, hence I wanted to find where she was working and if she was still in Dubai. After a little online research, I found her and subsequently booked an appointment. She remembered me and thanked me for finding her. Over the last couple of years, I have had scaling & polishing twice a year, wisdom teeth extracted, and root canal amongst other things. I have always found Dr Diana to be extremely professional and sensitive to my individual dental issues. She has always given me sound advice and for those reasons, she has restored my faith in dentists. Most of all, I trust her. I also had some treatment from Dr Tanveer Ahmed which was also first class. I would have no reservations in recommending Dr Diana or the New Ivory Dental practice. I did my front incisor with Dr. Tanveer and I have no words to express my gratitude towards him and all the team. It’s the first thing you see in a person, her front tooth, and before I was treated with Dr. Tanveer I was always ashamed to smile. He took care of replacing my crown and now nobody can notice it’s not my real tooth. I can smile again, as much as I want, without being ashamed. Since the first moment, I felt that I was in good hands. I found him in Internet, and because of his reviews I decided to have a consultation. And after 2 minutes in the consultation I knew I wouldn’t find someone so professional like him. He explained the whole process, step by step, always asking me, giving me a lot of options and advising me in the process. He is also a perfectionist. Every incision was clean and perfect. No mistakes. It was not such an easy case because I already had a metal pin and crown. But he and the team made it possible. The team was also excellent, they explained everything, check up on me everyday and try to accommodate as fast as possible. I had a temporary crown in a day! And the final one took 6 days only! I've been going to this clinic for a while now, and after recently getting a difficult wisdom tooth extraction - one that my previous dentist refused to do due to its risk - done there, I'll be recommending to all of my friends and family. Dr. Diana conducted the extraction painlessly with so much care and professionalism, and continues to provide care and support when needed. Everyone I've come across at the clinic - the doctors, assistants, and the ladies at reception - have been consistently kind, supportive, and cheerful. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough because from the reception’s warm welcome and smile from Sharlene ,Karen ,Clinton and even the guy who was serving coffee ( sorry I forgot your name )just made me calm and think positively being there. was so nice and didn’t feel like a scary dental clinic. I consulted Dr. Diana Chaves at the New Ivory Dental Clinic when I had severe pain in my teeth. It was an emergency. She examined my teeth thoroughly cleaned all the infection and advised some medicine. I felt much relief after the procedure and by the next day I was absolutely alright. She is a very knowledgeable, sincere and skilled doctor. Her diagnosis and treatment is absolutely precise and most effective.

Consulted with Dr. Diana for a fractured tooth. She was amazing in her professionalism, clear diagnosis and communication of treatment options. Two quick visits (including the initial consultation) and I left with a new onlay. More than a month later and I have had no issues with the fitting and am happy with the experience and outcome.

One of the best dental clinics that I have been to and I have visited many! My wife's friend recommended this clinic to us because of how professional and honest the team was. So she went for an appointment and was made to wait almost an hour for the dentist to even show up. Yes, indeed he was very professional and incredible at explaining her case and what needed done, however the amount of time she had to wait and the colossal amount of money required for her to be able to get treatment there was truly disappointing. Needless to say, she never went back.
