I recently bought a albino Arowana from sims tropical fish. It came in the most secure and safe packaging with a heat pack and silver wrapping inside the poly box. The fish even ate on the same day 5 stars from me I will definitely be buying from them again thanks mick.

*********UPDATE - ADDED MORE PICS OF QUALITY FISH FROM SIMS TROPICAL FISH********** Well what can I say about Sims apart from AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING oh did I mention AMAZING 😁 As a disabled housebound person keeping pets is rather difficult including fish, then comes along Martyn and his team at Sims, In June 2021 I decided to go for it thanks to Martyn and his advice, the tank arrived when it should have and was fully set up for me on the day selected, 2 weeks later the 1st lot of fish were added and have kept being added ever since 😂 I have also taken up the Maintenance Service offered by Sims, so Martyn will come out every 2 weeks and do what ever is required at the time i.e water changes, filter and tank cleans and even plant and fish upkeep, for a disabled person this service is invaluable as it means I can just sit back and enjoy watching my fish whilst Martyn does all the dirty and hard work 😂 4 months later and I now actually have 3 large tanks, 1 medium tank and 6 small breeder tanks all supplied and maintained by Sims, the quality of the goods, fish and service is impeccable, The weekly auction is also a massive plus as there are some stunners pop up on that, I've been lucky enough to win a few myself, I feel very fortunate to have such amazing people and shop on my doorstep, with such a huge range of stunning healthy fish to choose from, So a big thank you to Martyn and the team for everything you do for me as its way above and beyond the normal, oh and for answering my 100 emails a week 😂 Let's keep em coming 🙏🙏👌👌👍👍

I must admit I am late reviewing Sims as I thought I already had. I have another order due hopefully tomorrow and my last purchase was this Oscar. What an awesome fish. Such a good temperament too and lovely colouring. I recommend them to everyone and will never use anyone else.

We ordered some fish online through Sims. We received the fish on a next day courier exactly as promised by the company. The packaging the fish were kept in was fantastic meaning all the fish arrived safe and well. I ordered 6 2 inch mixed Malawi fish, to be collected the next day, there was a delay on their end which meant I had to wait a few extra days, no biggie at all. When I arrived they gave me 10 mixed 2 inch Malawi as a sorry, really was not expecting that. Lovely fish also, a great mix, from strawberry peacock, to blue peacocks, really looking pretty in my 94 gallon tank!! Thank you, I will be ordering a few more from here :)

I discovered Sims tropical online and managed to get every fish I've always wanted. I ordered the fish and choose a delivery date to which they accommodated my request perfectly and had the fish delivered to my address within 3 days. The fish arrived in a polystyrene box wrapped in foil and a heat pad. All the fish arrived safe and well!! Would highly recommend Sims Tropical fantastic company with some fantastic fish! I wanted to share that Sims Tropical Fish has supplied me with an unparalleled quality of fish. My first purchase was a Betta fish that arrived in perfect condition. His bag of water was wapped in silver foil and newspaper, inside an insulating foam box with heatpads! They also used a courier to deliver him, which, I assume, means he was in the bag for the least amount of time. So, they obviously care about the health of their fish and not just paying customers. I've added photos of my Betta, Mr Universe (he is a Koi Galaxy Plakat), to this review so you can see how beautiful and healthy he was, and I'm happy to say, that he thrived and not just survived for a few days... I've had a few fish from Sims now, all in perfect condition, so I have no hesitation in strongly recommending that you buy your fish from them. Yes, their customer service can at times be a bit hit and miss, but they must be extremely busy, and for good reason. For me personally, it is the outstanding quality of their fish that has me coming back again and again. I have very high expectations, and only Sims reached them! Yes, their fish can cost a bit more then other suppliers, but when you open your bag and see your beautiful fish for the first time, you'll understand why, and also, why I took the time to write this review. Remember: Cheaper is Rarely Better!

I ordered a short body SRD from Martyn to be delivered, fish arrived promptly as promised. I emailed and asked them to send me a male Flowerhorn that had potential and boy did they said me a beautiful fish. More than happy with the fish and communication was great. Absolutely amazed with my first order from STF. Done a fantastic job with sorting out a nice flowerhorn grade AA stunning. Also got some gorgeous American cichlids cannot wait for them to colour up! Going through a water change but the fish are looking lovely!

100% recommended!! My first time buying from Sims. I ordered six F1 Altum Angelfish Thursday afternoon, I received them Friday morning as promised. They came securely packaged in a large polystyrene box, newspaper wrapping along with heat packs and a foil wrap, each fish was packed individually with extra thick bags. The fish themselves are absolutely excellent quality! Stunning! I cannot fault them. Happy and healthy.

A big thank you for everything going smoothly with my order. I was a bit worried beforehand as have not purchased fish to be delivered by courier before. Firstly thank you for the 3 for 2 on the gold nigrita, as agreed by email due to the fish being smaller than advertised. Bought 5 South American Cichlids, which came on time, in an excellent polystyrene box, with foil to keep the fish warm. The larger 2 fish were double wrapped, and all fish were in excellent condition, and are settling in nicely. Suffice to say I've now ordered another Cichlid.

I bought a Jardini Arowana, and a Giant Red Gourami, both arrived on on when and very well packaged in a foil blanket, heat pack and inside a polystyrene box. Fish were great and and have settled in perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and I'll be ordering again. 5*
