Fantastic shop on every level, superb dry goods range and equally impressive livestock displays, corals look healthy, well cared for and popping, also the only shop in kent to properly treat and quarantine fish before they go on display or off to their new homes. An absolute credit to the hobby, the only dig I have is some of the prices, but worth it for the quality, peace of mind, advice, reward system and service provided.

Very knowledgeable chap who owns the store who knows what he is talking about. Will be using them from now on as I'd rather give his business a boost than a nameless Internet mail order shop. Prices were great here for live stock and goods. They have a very impressive RO system and storage unit. Top marks.

Went along on mothering Sunday and was incredibly impressed at the level of stock and the knowledge the guys had really helped and also understood that budget was going to be an issue so had no problem in recommending 3 small corals rather than the one big one which the whole family picked out! Good advice too on keeping them and getting them to grow as well as best place to position in the tank with the lighting rig we have. Will definitely be back for more!

Fantastic Shop excellent customer service, the guys here really know what they are doing. All livestock is quarantined and checked before sale, they will go above and beyond to deliver that latest products and services you would expect. they offer a wide range of maintenance services for ponds and aquarium. very clean shop with a massively varied selection of dry goods, to suit all budgets, would and will recommend to anyone that hasn't been. keep up the good work guys :)

Recently visited this newly opened fish shop in Kent. The staff were so friendly, very helpful and full of knowledge. The shop was bright and welcoming. The stock was great, nice range of dry goods from specialist products to the everyday bits and bobs. The live stock was well looked after and the tanks looked great, I will definitely be making a trip back once they have stocked their enormous coral tray!!!! Its a great new shop and well worth a visit

Fantastic local fish shop, great attention to quarantining new fish so stock in the shop is super healthy and ready to go. The owners are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Can’t praise this place highly enough. Looking forward to regular visits when the world opens up again.

Very poor customer care. Spent £1300 and was lied to and fobbed off regarding a credit. No care towards customers. Felt like a number not a valued customer. Will not be using them again

Excellent for marine aquarium. Great selection of corals and marine fish. Friendly, helpfull, and know their stuff.

The team are super helpful and have been essential in helping me setup and maintain my marine tank. Ive pestered with many questions and they always seem very happy to help! I will happily spend my money here as i feel they are invested in the success of my new hobby! Hats off to the team!

Ordered item Thursday evening, paid the "express next day delivery", not coming until Monday. I was not informed this was the case, so I have paid for next day delivery for a 4 day wait, I have asked for the delivery to be refunded, but they have failed to respond to that email. I could have ordered it elsewhere to arrive Monday, free delivery. The whole idea was to get it next day! I shall be raising a complaint with paypal if I am not refunded the "express" delivery cost.

Send item with couriers that couldn’t care less, as my email states to you refund my money 4 days later and you blame me for the delivery company. Update 17/2/23 So they state refund to be done, not been done and not responded, anyone can state they are hard so by like you have. Refund my money you took it quick enough

Lovely environment. Café by the lake recommended. Great advice in the shop. In my case it was for food for the fish in my pond. I will return.

Just some feedback. I would have been more inclined to stay and spend money had I not felt so uncomfortable. No reply as I greeted and entered the shop, just continued to stare intently at the cctv and occasionally glare at me as if you were trying to catch me stealing something. Honestly made me feel on edge.
