Hi Jason, I received my beach sofa last Tuesday and I’ve already told you I have a problem with the air going down on one side after six minutes. Your reply was that it is my problem and I have to fix it with a repair kit myself. You also told me it must have been put on a hard surface. I told you it was put up on sand on a beach blanket, and you advert says it is ok for any surface. I have discovered there is a fault in manufacture because at the top where the inner is joined to the exterior there is a tear where the two fabrics have been incorrectly assembled. Therefore this could not have been properly tested before dispatch. Your guarantee is worthless if you are not willing to have this product returned ,accept responsibility or indeed pay return postage and replace this product. I am writing this as you have refused to answer me personally. Yet another dissatisfied customer.

Great product. We purchased these recliners because my wife has a back problem and finds the usual beach chairs and loungers uncomfortable. We used the recliners on the beach for two weeks and my wife said her recliner was so comfortable that her back has never been so good on holiday.

Only opened up ....cannot wait to use /very excited will let you know👍😎 Used for first time on recent holiday..a great product ...wouldn't be without and wanted by all passers bye!❤️

Not tested it thoroughly yet and won't until June. I did inflate once and it went down in 5 mins so hope its not a puncture.

Cannot inflate the bed fully. What air I manage to trap lasts for less than 10 minutes before it's flat again. Need to return the 3 beds.

Terrible customer service! Won't refund my return postage costs as agreed when I had to return a brand new faulty bag. Won't reply to my emails. Avoid!!!!

Tried contacting Them By email several times no one bothered to return my emails l only used this a couple of times and it keep going down waste of £40.00 you live and lean my son bought one off eBay for £15.00 I told him he was wasting his money buying some things so cheap How wrong I was his is still going strong

Brilliant product , no need to buy loungers on the beach these are brilliant for that even in the sea (pool)
