I bought a four bay dog kennels from this company in May. Whilst the people on the phone were very helpful and pleasant, the workmen who put the kennels up were a miserable bunch. They were surly and unfriendly and I felt quite intimidated by them and was glad when they left I wasnt very impressed with the kennels, the tongue and groove was thin, in fact you could see light through the knots on the wood when you were inside it, the frame not very robust, the roof and felt not good quality and the metal bars not substantial l. So I was disappointed with them from the outset Unfortunately the first strong winds of the Autumn, the kennels could not withstand. It blew the whole building 30 foot across my garden, with my four little dogs inside, it only stopped because it hit another building and was blocked from traveling any further. My poor dogs were terrified and trapped in the kennels, but thank God I was able to rescue them and thankfully they were all unharmed, I have several wooden sheds in my garden and two greenhouses that have been in situ 30 years plus, and they have never been damaged by wind. This rubbish building from Benchmark only lasted a few months and the first strong wind wrecked it, the whole thing is scrap, the wood is split and mangled and the metalwork bent and broken So I wish I'd never bought a kennels from them and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'm just thankful that my dogs weren't injured. I can replace the kennels, but I couldn't replace my dogs. And needless to say I won't be placing another order with Benchmark Kennels.

Very happy with our new kennel. Both Ryan and Rob (who constructed the kennel) were polite, friendly, and professional and very hard working.

Ordered a 13ft by 5ft kennel arrived very quickly. The guys started to assemble & the heavens opened it was pouring, I offered them to come out of the rain but they wouldn’t stop and carried on they were soaked & still done a perfect job. Excellent service, Excellent team & Amazing kennel. Million percent recommend well worth the money.

Very impressed with our new kennel from Benchmark- Shaun and Sean were very professional- informed me about an hour before they arrived as to their estimated arrival time- did a tidy job and never stopped working till the kennel was built-kennel itself is fantastic and very sturdy with a great galvanised run area- would definitely recommend

Couldn’t be happier with our new kennels! I ordered a custom set up which is had priced by many companies, I had quick responses off Benchmark and their price was too good to pass up on. I placed a deposit and once my base was ready completed my order and the kennels were with me within weeks. They were fully set up by their team (Sam and Ricky) who did an amazing job and worked non stop to get them fully installed within a few hours despite being a huge job. Can’t say enough good things, couldn’t recommend them more.

Service was really good and turn around was super quick we had it delivered and installed within a week of ordering. The kennel itself is such good quality bigger thab i thought it would be and the two men who came to install it were really nice and professional. Highly recommended benchmark kennels. The efficiency was brilliant only a 7 day wait. The lads travelled a long way to get to me and was at mine for 8am and didn't take them long to have the kennels built. They went above and beyond my expectations. Highly Highly recommended

Excellent kennels. The company was great, fast delivery and they built the kennels and made sure everything was in order before leaving. Doors go back on themselves, easy to clean, dogs can’t chew it. We will definitely use them again and 100% recommend.

Can’t recommend enough, from first call to delivery and installation the service has been amazing. Our new kennel is top quality and has a great look and feel to it. Really glad we had the extras pack as it finishes it off perfectly! Had a new dog pen delivered and installed this week, it’s the best I’ve ever had. Good strong, safe material and the lads did a great job installing it. Delivered and installed when they said they would. Great service all round.
