Recommend 100% for your MK ear wax removal needs. I had a blocked ear for a week and had booked in with another provider (naming no names) when they cancelled my appointment last minute. I got in contact with Clearer Ears to ask if it was possible to come soon as my ear was driving me crazy, and Lee messaged me to offer I come by and fit me in around other patients the next day. It was so appreciated! The wax was removed quickly and painlessly, and as other reviews have said with friendly and professional Lee explaining everything he's doing, with pictures, as he went along. I was in there for maybe 1 or 2 minutes before I could hear properly out my ear again, it was great. Aftercare and info leaflet was provided. Other providers may only be open once a week, have long wait times for appointments and are more expensive, so I wish I'd gone with Clearer Ears in the first instance.

Friendly staff and Doctor was really good, great with older people, very informative, puts you at ease- was welcoming and said contact him even if we wanted advice. clean premises would recommend. Reasonably priced too.

My wife found Clearer Ears through a Google search as I had a terrible Tinnitus and deafness problem in one ear. The constant loud ringing was quite depressing and the deafness was very annoying... Mostly for my wife 😂. Anyway, I booked a consultation here to see if it was wax, prior to thinking about GP appointments and the like. I had an appointment with Hannah, who was lovely, and she gave my ears a check over finding that the problem ear was completely blocked with wax; and may have been for some time. I had Microsuction straight away without needing another appointment and Hannah removed some of the grimmest looking wax I've ever seen, now my hearing is spot on and the Tinnitus is back to normal levels. I definitely recommend them. Some good post procedure advice and I'm back to my life. Thank you for your help.

Always quick and professional when I go there. I was even only charged for 1 ear even though both were cleaned due to there not being much in one ear. Great service as usual. Would 100% recommend.

So pleased I took my brother to Clearer Ears. Lee is cheerful, friendly and gentle. My brother was really pleased and I on the off chance asked if Lee could check my ears as I’ve had to up the volume on the tv and am forever saying, “ Pardon, what did you say”? My husband Tom has hearing aids with ongoing wax and infection issues. We had an appointment with Lee for removal of wax in the ear. Lee was professional, knowledgeable with a relaxing personality, who sussed my husband out within 5mins, in that, Tom does not ‘properly’ manage his ear problem. We Learned more about how to treat and manage his ears, than any Doctor in the last 3 years. Thank you Lee, because you got through too Tom, making me a happy wife. Visited Clearer ears for the first time on 10th July 23 for ear cleaning at the Linford Wood branch and Hannah was brilliant , patient and very professional and thorough. Have used other companies in the past but going forward this is the only one for me. Would recommend this service to anyone with ear wax problems.

Friendly and efficient service from Lee on Saturday with confirmation that our ears are in decent shape. I did not require my ears flushing out as there was no issue with wax. Very good service to have this confirmed when other less scrupulous operators may have just got on with it for payment. Only the consultation fee for us and the satisfaction of knowing we're all good in the ear department. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed by the whole experience right from the booking appointment process to the actual cleaning of wax removal from both my ears. I was fortunate to get an appointment on a Sunday and was seen to by Sue who gave me some very good suggestions on my future visits. The cleaning by her was very efficient and my hearing now is excellent. I thoroughly recommend this clinic to anyone who wishes to get their ears cleaned out. Went in for a blood draw for a blood test. Easy parking. Kept to time. And Lee was an expert - didn’t feel a thing and two vials of blood collected. Best ever!

Absolutely fantastic service from the young and very handsome Lee. Cleaned out gargantuan blocks of wax out of my ears, all under 10 minutes. Took an 1 hour slot out for this procedure and now I’m left with 50 minutes to enjoy my life with. For those people nervous about the procedure, I couldn’t recommend this place more to help you be at ease and relaxed. I can now hear lady bugs walking on petals, 30 meters away and the couple arguing across the street from me about the geopolitical climate.

As someone who is terrified of needles, Lee made me feel completely at ease and comfortable and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better appointment. I have been struggling with pain, deafness and tinnitus in one of my ears for the last 9 weeks with severe dizziness and sickness. After multiple doctors appointments and antibiotics with all of them saying my ears were clear and to just use a nasal spray, I had had enough and booked in with Sue at Clearer Ears. I can now say I have my hearing back! I ended up having a build up of wax on my eardrum which they managed to clear for me quickly and pain free. Thank you so much. It was truly the best money I’ve ever spent.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Having examined me they explained, using photos taken of my ears, they were wax free and didn't need treatment. For this they only charged me a nominal fee for their time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again if needs be.

What a lovely guy Lee is! Very welcoming, kind compassionate and caring. Mum has had problems with her hearing for weeks now, and after having them checked to confirm a wax build up, I was on the hunt to find a local provider after the GP surgery no longer offer this service. Came across "Clearer Hearing" purely by chance whilst searching the web. £10 cheaper than most other providers, plus I could get mum an appointment within 72 hours - huge bonus, as next available appointment with another provider was a two week wait, and that was the earliest of all the ones I searched. We were a little early, but Lee said for us to take a seat and help ourselves to chocolate, whilst he looked after another client (big mistake as chocs were my fave.....lindor truffles!!). Bang on time, Lee appeared. After asking a few questions, Lee set about putting mum's hearing to rights. Quick, efficient and professional. Highly recommend. Thank you Lee, now mum can hear us swearing at her again now! 😂

Fantastic service, highly recommended. I phoned Michelle after not being able to find an available slot online. She was able to fit me in the same day. I arrived early for the appointment and Lee saw me straight away. My case was slightly more complicated than just ear wax, Lee gave me lots of advice regarding aftercare, and also on the medication I needed. Both Michelle and Lee were a pleasure to deal with, extremely friendly and professional. My now go to place for anything ear related.

Thank you to the technician that dealt with my husband. He went for a second visit to clearer ears in MK over concerns about his left ear and was informed his ear was badly infected. No charge was made and my husband has since seen his GP and been given an emergency hospital appointment. With it being so hard to get face to face appointments at the moment the visit to clearer ears was really helpful.

I went to Clearer Ears MK on the recommendation of the Adult Hearing Services of Milton Keynes Hospital a couple of weeks ago. It was the right choice. Lee dewaxed my ears - a most amenable but very professional medical person. Lee had an excellent "bed-side manner". A highly rated service.
