Best experience ever!!! The optician was thorough and explained everything step by step and made me feel totally comfortable. Then Aslan helped me to find my glasses and further explain my prescription. The first pair of glasses he showed me were perfect, he knew what would suit me. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Never had such a good experience getting my eyes tested. Thank you!!!

Real Eyes Opticians were very helpful in helping me choose my glasses frame. Process was very simple and did not take long at all. Arsalan and the team are all very friendly and readily available to offer any advice. I already have booked in my contacts lenses appointment!! After years of postponing my eye test I’m now so happy that I finally got it done. The staff were friendly but professional and made me feel welcomed. Every step was explained as we proceeded. Great service from Realeyes from start to finish. Popped in to get my very first eye test and they were able to see me later that day. Withing a few days I had my very first pair of glasses and crystal clear vision! The optometrist, the dispenser optician and Joanna the manager were absolutely great. At first, very friendly, perhaps too friendly enticing you to go ahead with ordering new spectacles. After sales service was better than average, generally accommodating, however my spectacles have failed on several occasions. This is not their fault, however as the frontline and being responsible for specifying your requirements and preferences, the end result reflects on them not the maker..we don't even know who makes the product. Definitely would not purchase from them again!

Took my kids for an eye test here and the whole experience was amazing. Joanna in particular is a massive asset to Real Eyes. Her welcoming good nature elevated the experience to 5 stars. Joanna was very helpful, and she had helped find the perfect pair of glasses for me, sleek and stylish. She was also very kind and made sure that I was treated with a high level of professionalism. My optician was also very helpful , and he had talked me through each step of the eye examination as we went along. The glasses collection is also very extensive and affordable , great range of fashionable frames. Joanna and Chan were a perfect duo , great service from both of them.
