I was working in London for a couple of days and I'm always worried about booking accommodation but found I had no need to be when I arrived here. Well looked after, clean rooms with en-suite shower, microwave, fridge, TV, Iron, with free parking at the rear. Cereals provided for breakfast. Really comfortable stay and will certainly book again whenever working in London. 100% recommended

Clean, comfortable ensuite room with kitchenette and light breakfast provided. Very convenient location for visiting our family in Enfield. We stayed for 3 weeks in a room facing away from Baker street, which was always quiet. We hardly noticed other guests coming and going either. Will be back later in the year.

Room was not too clean. Fan very dusty. Base of bedside lamp dusty. Long black hairs on floor. Very impersonal. I am 83 and had to lug a heavy suitcase up and down stairs. food supply was good except for last day day of my stay when my room was not serviced though I left just after 10 am.

Highly recommend Kathleen House Plus Situated in a super convenient location to the town centre, only a 10 minute walk away. FREE parking ! A rare find & a stone throw from the French doors to a spanking ground floor en-suite room! Clean, warm & fully equipped with everything you might need, also the comfortable bed offered a good nights sleep👍🏽 Breakfast provided at no extra cost was a real bonus including quality juices, bottled water, pastries, cereals & toast. The host was available 24/7 if needed & went above and beyond expectations.. Thankyou I look forward to returning in the future 🙂

I booked a room for my mom and sister to stay for 15 days and they had an overall very good experience for the price and what is available in the area! The facilities (fridge, microwave, cupboard and sink for dishes) make it a lot more worth it than the nearest hotel. I would definitely recommend it! Jermaine, the manager, is also very approachable and very fast to answer any queries.

Warm, clean and tidy. Free parking at the rear. My room was ensuit but most arnt and most guests have to share bathroom facilities. Unfortunately breakfast was continental and in you room as there was no dining room.

Good location, close to Enfield Town Station & bus stops. Close to shops and restaurants. Decent size room, with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Easy key collection, all done onsite via a lockbox. Light breakfast provided and water and juices in the fridge. They also provide a fan, hairdryer and iron with ironing board. I was contacted via text message with all the key information. My recommendations to the owners would be: To provide more than just one big towel and one small towel. To provide antibacterial soap, especially given the current circumstances. The placement of the wardrobe in the room was a little inconvenient. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and I would definitely book at Kathleen House Plus again.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the train station where you can access london. Bars and restaurants, lots to choose from. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfortable. Parking at the rear of the property. Fridge, tv, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Ensuite room. The host was so helpful throughout. Would recommend to anyone.

Very clean. Uncomfortable bed. We'll placed for access to Enfield Town. Parking at rear of property and very tight.

The rooms were small but clean. The location is a 5 min walk to Enfield Town station. Very convenient.
