The
whole
experience
from
the
consultation
to
the
surgery
to
my
first
aftercare
was
great.
The
staff
were
great
nice
and
patient
and
knowledgeable.
Then
I
had
my
3
month
consultation
and
was
advised
to
book
another
aftercare
for
my
dry
eyes.
My
appointment
was
all
over
the
place
I
was
getting
calls
to
say
I've
missed
my
appointment
or
it
was
booked
at
different
times
and
was
told
to
then
on
the
day
come
now
when
I
was
out.
I
got
to
the
appointment
and
I
was
horrified
with
my
experience.
I
saw
an
optom
called
usmaan
butt
for
that
aftercare.
First
got
a
look
of
disgust
that
I
didn't
have
a
mask
on
but
was
rushed
into
the
appointment
as
if
it
was
a
chore
to
be
seen.
He
was
horrible
with
the
advice,
as
I
am
a
training
optom,
gave
some
advice
and
said
didn't
you
learn
this
in
uni.
Told
me
with
disgust
that
I
wouldn't
get
the
full
effect
of
the
ointment
because
I
wasn't
using
it
like
I
should
yet
I
was
using
it
how
I
was
advised.
He
basically
was
saying
I
shouldn't
have
even
come
for
an
appointment.
Got
some
more
standard
drops
and
on
my
way.
I
was
very
taken
aback
it
was
a
horrible
experience.
Its
annoying
as
it
ruined
the
experience
of
the
entire
surgery.
I'd
say
if
an
appointment
doesn't
wanna
be
seen,
don't
book
it.
