Wendy has been supporting me through my menopause for just over a year now and her knowledge is encyclopedic. She takes the time to treat you holistically and seek out the latest research on your condition so you know you're always getting cutting edge advice, but she stays very down to earth. On top of that, her shop is just gorgeous and she and Rowan are the loveliest humans you could ever want to meet!

Absolutely love my teas, vitamins and incense. We also get our kombucha and my make up from here. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Wendy is extremely knowledgeable, so if you're feeling down, absolutely recommend an appointment.

This place is a haven. Wendy's knowledge of what ails the body and mind is second to none. Her remedies which are individually made up, allow her to target precisely what each client needs. She has supported my body when the medical profession said there was nothing they could do and I was truly unwell. I can't recommend her highly enough. If nothing else, go in and treat yourself to some of the many delights the shop offers too, from candles, soaps to makeup. Her staff are a wonderful addition too.

This shop is wonderful. I have visited on several occasions everything is so natural from toothbrushes, soaps candles right through to all of the herbal medicines. I have watched Wendy in action lecturing and how much knowledge she has passed on to her classes. So refreshing to have such a shop in the eclectic Albert Road area of Southsea 💕

I have booked a consultation with Wendy. Already I have been given helpful advice, in particular I have been advised - I as an individual have a choice between prescribed drugs from a GP (that is if you can get to see or speak to one post pandemic) and the herbal approach.
