Booked a service and it went very smoothly. Easy introduction and a nice area to sit in with comfortable seats and access to both tea and coffee and the toilets (which were very clean - I especially appreciated the disabled toilet as I could get my walking frame inside) lovely lady front of house who was helpful and chatty which is a lovely bonus. She made the wait go quickly when she had the odd moment to chat between work. As I'm disabled she sorted my drinks out for me which was lovely. I was impressed that it wasn't too long a wait and there was the added bonus of a mini valet of my car meaning I drove home in a spotless car.

Excellent service from the initial phone call to walking out with my new key. Everyone Listened to my needs and what I needed from my new vehicle, this made me feel valued and loyal. All staff exceeded in service and I have faith in the brand due to their patience and attentiveness. Many thanks guys. I'm sure Mr Knibbs will want to keep up with me so he'll be back.

The annual service on my car was carried out promptly and efficiently and Howards provided a full report on the vehicle condition. I've had both my Hyundai cars serviced here and I'm always very happy with the service. For MOTs and servicing they send a video of the main points, going round the car highlighting any issues. I usually have a courtesy car as well which is helpful. Reception service always very good.
