11 year old: Most fun day of my life. 42 year old: Probably mine too. ❤️ We will be doing this every year now. Never done anything so amazing. The levelling up in heights of jumps was on point and the safety concerns were superb. Honestly everyone needs to do this. James and Ben were phenomenal guides. Informative, educational, kind and funny! The people at the actual centre were lovely too. Checking us in with care, remembering our names and getting us kitted our: spot on. Also they let me ring my wife on our return from Coasteering, as she had our phones in her bag. You guys are so awesome 👍👌💪

Highly recommended - private session body boarding and surfing / Aug 2022 Last week my husband and children (aged 9 and 6) both had a private sessions with the Newquay Activity Centre. We booked the same slot at 8:30 in the morning so they could be together (the session lasted 2 hours in total, including changing and walking to the beach). The kids were introduced to body boarding with James and my husband to surfing with Freddie. I was just there to observe - not brave enough get wet! And I must say I was really impressed. Freddie was helping my husband with holding his board through the waves. James had to deal with two kids who didn't know how to swim (our eldest is at ease in the water and can get by but our little one doesn't like to have water on her eyes and always cold) and did brilliantly. That session was the highlight of their holidays! (even our youngest!) Both children are more confident with a body board. I can't thank the instructors enough. They've been accommodating, fun, full of energy. And what can I say? At this early hour, we had Fistral beach just to ourselves. It was fantastic and I can highly recommend Newquay Activity Centre (conveniently located too) and particularly Freddie and James. Thank you. Note : same review posted on Trip Advisor

I was very lucky to get one on one instruction on the same day without booking. Jacob was assigned to show me the ropes in Fistral Bay, teaching me to balance, kneel and stand with patience and an easy to understand manner. Nice chap, who knows his stuff. All equipment was supplied, and there's even changing rooms and somewhere to shower afterwards. A great afternoon and a very reasonable price too, Gareth in the receptionwas welcoming and very friendly. Well done Newquay activity centre.

Highly recommended! Had a great SUP lesson and tour experience with my two young sons (8 & 11). Phoned a few times to research, book and then change our time due to the weather—all without any drama and great service. Then, the activity was brilliant. Amy did a great job in showing us the ropes, made us all feel very safe, had great knowledge about the area/wildlife and she was good fun too—a real credit to the company. We will be back!

We had a fantastic day body boarding off Fistral beach. The instructor Amy was a great instructor and had us all body boarding well in a very short time. Amy was also very good with our mentally challenged friend Lottie, who isn’t allowed out that often.

Amazing experience! The staff is really nice and helpful. Went for a surfing taster session with James. He explained things well, and was really funny. Also rented surf boards and wetsuits the next day, very clean equipment. Prices are very good. Thank you again!! We highly recommend !

Fantastic morning coasteering and SUPing with Jacob as our guide. Our 7 year old was looked after very patiently by Jacob as he was reticent to enter the water! Eventually coaxed in and even towed by Jacob whilst swimming between jumps. Great experience (even saw a baby seal) enhanced by a very personable and professional guide. Thoroughly recommended.

This was a wonderul experience from start to finish. We were meant to be kayaking but due to the weather it wasn't possible. Still want to do that, and will do next time I hope. We were offered a number of great alternatives, so we chose body boarding. 😉 well... what fun!! We had the best time ever! Just a note, I am 54 year old asthmatic with long covid and arthritis and I had no issues or difficulties whatsoever (apart from walking back up the hill from the beach 😆).... we had 2 very supportive and encouraging, friendly, experienced staff with us on hand all the way. Jacob and Aidan, very pleasant people to be with and felt looked after throughout. I'm so glad we were taught what to do, as a result of this activity we have been out and bought all the kit and now we are body boarding every day! Very much looking forward to booking another activity next time. Definitely recommend going to Newquay Activity Centre, from looking around all the places they are 100% and the best we have found. ♡♡♡♡

Had an amazing afternoon sea kayaking on our honeymoon. our amazing instructor Freddie was really great, she was cheerful and helpful and showed us some great spots around the coast, and it was nice to chat geeky kayak-tech with someone who’s genuinely interested. would 10000% recommend if you are in Newquay to book a day out with these folks.

Sam was our instructor for SUP yesterday and she was fantastic! She made the whole experience really fun, and was super knowledgeable of the area and sealife we encountered while we were out. Had lots of time out on the water and felt very safe with her, she also had some fun games at the end of the session for us. She was a really friendly, fun, and patient instructor, and we really appreciated her taking photos for us and sharing them with us at the end. If we come back we will be requesting Sam for our group again! The centre itself was great, the staff all very helpful and organised, and it was great to have the wetsuits provided for those who needed them. The whole experience was brilliant and has given us some lovely new family memories. Thank you Sam for being so wonderful and making our day so special!

We participated to a beginner session with Erin and it has been super fun! Erin has been amazing, tought us a lot of stuff and time passed super fast! The only thing is that we thought that we would have been in the water for approximately 2 hours instead we stayed less. Anyway super recommended!!

We had a wonderful time snorkeling with Amy! We enjoyed the beautiful ocean wildlife, diving into a mesmerising underwater world. Amy shared her knowledge of flora and fauna, was motivating and encouraging, keeping calm throughout. We would love to come back! Thank you so much. Carolin & Holly

Amy was an awesome instructor. Quickly understood our groups ability level plus what we wanted to achieve during coasteering and ensured we got the most of it. Had great knowledge of the history of the area as well! Would 100% recommend.

Our instructor Sarah was amazing. I am very nervous and won't usually even swim outdoors, my husband is extreme sports obsessed... Despite neither of us having ever surfed before and being such polar opposite surf students 🤣 she managed to get us both going and made it so fun. 10/10 would recommend
