I’ve used this place for years, we got our business IMac’s iPads iPhone etc from them. After sales and support is excellent even years after making a purchase. I often ring them up for advice and it’s given freely with genuine help and support, can’t fault them they’re a terrific group of people, nothing is too much. Wayne at CTC was extremely helpful. The Apple customer services team were unable to diagnose the problem with my mac mini. CTC were able to provide much more detailed advice about the problem than Apple were. I sent my hard drive to CTC and their tracking and notification system was clear and efficient. The repairs were carried out very promptly and I was called for them to discuss the issues and how they resolved them. The overall service has been excellent and I would thoroughly recommend CTC.

My baby knocked over a drink on my laptop and the guys at the TekStore were so great. They filed an insurance report promptly so I could provide proof to the insurance company. They sold me a refurbished laptop and took care of all the data transfer that they were able to rescue from my old laptop. I was so relieved that they saved all my photos and special memories. Fantastic service! After many years working on Macs I've never thought to get 'everything' transferred from an old dying machine to a bright new shiny one... by a tech genius. Cutting out all the drama and mess. No more sluggish incompatibility issues or mountains to climb resetting and reloading everything myself. Ive put off ditching my MacPro tower for the new Mac Mini for 6 months. The TekStore guys transferred over 'everything' ..(Mail, Apps and even my cluttered Desktop) in a few hours. ..whilst I sat on the beach with a coffee! Thanks for launching me into 2023 with a current OS (hurrah) on a new speedy Mac.

I have been to this store about three times in the past year and a half, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The people who work here are very patient and knowledgeable, and if they do not know the answer, they take their time to figure it out. I am thankful for their service.

Went into the store hoping for help with my iPad Air, I don’t know what I’d done but was locked out of both of my email accounts, as each was the others recovery, I explained my dilemma to Shaun, he was an absolute star within 10 minutes he’d tapped away and my emails where restored, he was great, very friendly and knowledgable, I took a chance that they would be able to help me, so many places are not interested unless they are selling you something, when the time comes to renew my tech I will most certainly come here. Many thanks once again.

I would highly recommend this place for any service/repairs. I left my laptop for a screen replacement and the guys helped me sort it out quickly and gave me all the important information regarding the variety etc. They were a great help.

A very professional team helped me correctly assess my iMac when other so called Apple service providers had failed. These guys take their Apple Authorised approval seriously and saved me a lot of hassle. Thanks to them my very hard to diagnose iMac issue has been resolved. Fab.

I brought my Macbook in for repairs. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They listened well to the problems I'd been having and got the computer repaired in a very short amount of time. Their help was much appreciated!

I can't speak highly enough for their depth of technical knowledge and excellent service. They resolved a very difficult problem for me that the apple help line could not. I shall be using them for future purchases.
